I love this shoe! I am on my feet at work all day so I naturally prefer the arch support of Danskos. However, I feel like everyone wears the same professional clog and that it lacks some of the feminine style I prefer. I really like the adjustable strap because I often feel like the professional clogs hurts the top of my foot. I can actually change the size of it in this shoe.

This shoe delivers both style and comfort! It has that "school-girl" look when worn with certain socks, the patent leather makes it much more dressy, and it's definitely different from other Dansko shoes. While I recommend this shoe, I really hope my friends don't go out and get it too!! I also don't feel like I need to comment on Dansko's comfort -- that stands on its own. I hope Dansko continues to make professional clogs that look different from their basic shoes.

These shoes are so comfortable, I don't want to take them off when I get home. I can work or walk in them all day. Additionally, I have received lots of compliments. Don't be put off by the loose fit -- they are supposed to be that way. The heel should slide a bit, as it is a clog. Your feet need the room to move in the shoe.

As for style, I used to wear sleek pumps, but I can't wear them anymore, they are too painful. I like the Euro look of the Dansko clogs. They are not only comfortable, but they are healthy for your feet, and ultimately that's a lot sexier than having bunions and other foot problems!

I work as a Flight Attendant and am a Dansko fan; so when it was time to "retire" my first pair of Dansko's I found this wonderful website and was amazed at the different styles that this website and Danskos had to offer. I picked the Mary-Jane style Marcelle. I love them! They are a fresh design and the top stitching gives the shoe an added umph. The Dansko comfort is still there; however, the strap initially bothered me. But the strap is adjustable so you can choose your comfort level. I am on my feet all day so I need a shoe that is comfortable, my legs don't get fatigued, and my lower back is supported. My requirement wishes have been granted, plus I can add stylish to the mix when I bought my Marcelle. Thank you Online Shoes for offering a large selection with great prices.

My 3rd pair of Danskos (first that weren't the old fashioned clog or professional). The strap just isn't comfortable. I wish they had padded it. I am going to return them and go back to the old reliable.

These are my first Danskos. Due to bunions, I'm at a point where I have to buy more comfortable, sensible shoes. I was very unhappy about this reality but I am in love with these maryjane Danskos! They are not only extremely comfortable but I really like the style as well. I like funky shoes and they have that quality. They are not "old lady" like I'd previously judged Danskos to be. I love the cordovan color, too. It goes with many things. I'm sold on Danskos now and never in a million years thought I would be. I just want more.

These shoes are great. I'm a big fan of the original Dansko clogs b/c they are so comfortable and durable. I was excited to get the mary jane style b/c they are a little different and a bit more feminine. Looks cute with cropped pants or even a skirt, as well as jeans and pants. I typically buy black or brown shoes, but I love the cordovan b/c it adds a little splash of color to my typical black/gray/brown wardrobe.

This shoe is very comfortable. I am a nurse who is on her feet 8-10 hours a day. This shoe provides the support that I need as well as being stylish. I was a little concerned at first because they are a little different from my last pair of Danskos but I put them on and wow! I can run around my job at a restuarant for hours and at the end of the day, my feet and legs are still happy and ready for more. They are quite attractive looking, easy to clean and most importantly very comfy. I would warn anyone who is not used to the clog style but I have adjusted and would recommend them to all.

These are very well made shoes. But they felt narrower than the Professional. Mine had hard sharp edges inside where two pieces of leather were sewed together. They rubbed and pinched my feet badly. I had to return them. Too bad! They looked so cute with almost everything!

I have used this shoe for long walking days while functioning as a nurse where comfort reigns the highest priority. I need a durable, supportive, half dressey half casual shoe to assessorize many looks.
I would wear a little heavier sock than hose thinness.

I wore these to China last fall. They are SO comfortable that I climbed the Great Wall in them, shopped all over Shanghai and Beijing and went to numerous tourist attractions and stood in lots of long lines. These shoes were perfect for the trip. Mine are red.

Dansko are the best shoes ever!! You will NOT be dissapointed. Since switching to Danko a few years ago, they are now the only shoes I buy or wear. You can do anything in these shoes, from walking to standing for long periods of time, you will not feel pain. They do strech as you wear them, but it only adds to the comfort. They also give you height about 1.5 inches. They are pricey, but totally worth it.

I am a nurse and these go the distance for a 12 hour + shift. Much better than my tennis shoes. Does take a little time to get used to the firm support in the ball of the foot. But, otherwise I love them. Glad Dansko added these mary janes because these fit my narrow foot.

very cute shoe. was worried about the slippage other review had talked about, but it is barely noticable. the color is perfect....hard to find this nice blend of black and red. the staples are ok. personally i like a more refined look, especially for the price, but it dresses them down a bit, which is also nice.

This shoe is a great shoe that can be used for work (nursing) or in black could be used for an awesome version of the standard Dansko clog. I love the fit,...feels even more comfortable than the professional clog and is a bit roomier in the toe box area. I do love it!

This particular pair of Danskos are very cute and very comfortable. I have found out they are great for cold weather rather than hot weather. Like any other Danskos they are expensive but your money is well spent on a very durable and comfortable shoes.

Good fitting shoe. I was so happy to feel how well this shoe fits. If you have worn Dansko clogs: this is a little more loose than a normal, completely covered top clog or even the "Pitta" clog version, which boasts more flexibility and movement. With the Mary Jane open-ness you get a little more room and a little more comfort,...especially in the mid-foot. I can run in my traditional clogs,...But these, although can be tightened with the top strap, are a bit less apt to stay put and so atheletic ability is compromised!
After buying for nursing I believe I will buy in black as well!

Bought these for my daughter who works in retail and is on her feet all day. She is also pregnant. She wears these shoes and never somplains about her feet at the end of the day. When she wears other shoes her feet hurt and she is miserable by the end of the day.
