I am a 44 year old teacher and I have nerve damage to my back which causes me to have foot drop. I walk on steps, and hard floors all day. I need to wear a flat shoe that gives me support. I bought 3 different brands of flat shoes that I thought could work for me. After wearing all three pairs, I now stick with the Propets. The Propets may not be as stylish as I would like, but at the end of the day I am so thankful that I didn't wear something else. My mother who has arthritis in her knees tried my shoes on and she loved them. I bought her a pair for Christmas.
I have high arches and I thought the "adjustable" fit with Bungee closure would work. However, you have to have no arches or very low arches to even get your foot in the shoe. I couldn't do that. So I really don't know if the width and length are true to size. Also, they are not as stylish as they look online.
