This is a great shoe for someone who is training for a marathon and who has neutral feet. The shoe runs small I believe so one should order half size bigger than normal shoe size.

Very nice, comfortable shoe. I just didn't feel it had enough support for me. It felt like wearing tie-on slippers, which is great for some people. I need more sturdy support. The footbed is cushiony and the style is nice looking. I had to exhange for my old standby, Saucony.
A truly comfortable running shoe.

I use this shoe primarily for standing and walking. I work a twelve hour day on a cement floor, so my shoes are the most important part of my wardrobe. This shoe breathes and stretches with me. It is very true to size. I bought two pair so that I could alternate my shoes each day for maximum comfort. The cushioning in the sole lets my heels relax, despite the harsh conditions they are subjected to five days a week. I highly recommend this shoe for maximum cushioning power and their ability to permit the feet to be at ease.

This shoe felt great out of the box. There was no real break in time required. A little roomy in the toe box , but that was actually nice. I am doing a road half marathon this weekend so I will really be able to see how it feels on the pavement as I am usually more of a trail runner.

My first pair of running shoes was the Aasics Nimbus. I've worn other styles since then and found that they just didn't hold up as well as the Nimbus. After reading reviews online on different websites, I ordered the Nimbus 9. They are awesome ! Plus, I run outside, so the color is perfect.

I work in surgery and am on my feet all day. I began having heel problems and these shoes were suggested to me by a surgeon that I work with. I was hesitant at first because of the cost but had already spent so much on other shoes trying to find some that would help me that I thought I would try one more. Im very glad I did. These shoes have absolutely solved my heel problems! I will never wear any thing else. The quality and comfort of these shoes far out weigh the cost.

I had a pair of asics 2120's before this pair and since I spend 2 hrs a day 7 days a week in the gym. I figured I would splurge and get the sneaker with more "features" I find these shoes to not have the breathability my old ones do. In fact my feet are downright hot everyday. There is also a decorative piece on the sneaker that hits my pinky toe and is quite uncomfortable but I guess I'm stuck with them since I can't afford to spend another 100 bucks on another pair of shoes....I don't feel the extra support in the shoe that it claims to have either. I should have stuck with the ones I knew i liked and not wasted the money in what I thought must be a better shoe. Don't let the prices fool you more expensive doesn't mean a better shoe. Good luck!
Onlineshoes.com Response: Onlineshoes.com offers a 90 day unconditional return policy. If you don't love your ASICS send them back within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange ? regardless if you?ve worn them or not!
Also, something worth noting ? the ASICS GT 2100 series are Stability trainers featuring medial support under the arch for moderate overpronators and the Nimbus is a Neutral trainer for really biomechanically efficient runners. The fact that they don?t have the medial support you?ve become use to may have added to a lot of your discomfort issues.

I am a high mileage runner and I tend to injured runners. That said, most of my 'hurt' runners are wearing the wrong shoes.
This shoe is for: Mid-foot/medium heel strikers (even good for bigger runners, but if you are a heavy heel striker, go with the Brooks Beast). Neutral to slight under-pronating gate, neutral to low arches, those who prefer a wider/more breathable toe box but still want a snug heel fit, and for anyone 'new' to running and wants to make a solid investment in a shoe that will last you up to 80+ miles a month for at least 8-9 months.
I DON'T recommend this shoe for: over-pronators, those with weak ankles (decent stability here but not this shoes' strength), those with a narrow forefoot (though GREAT for narrow heals) and those just looking for a training shoe (these shoes are made to go forward, too much lateral motion will wear them out faster and ruin their balance).

I love the Asics nimbus! I have been purchasing this line of shoe for the past 3 years. I have a medium to high arch and a neutral step.
The only thing disappointing aspect of the asics numbus 9 is that the toe box is bigger than previous. I ended up having to order a half size smaller.

the perfect shoe for my almost narrow foot. The new latte color is a great alternative to mostly white which I have had in the past. It 's nice to find a shoe that I know I dont' have to break in, gets updated periodically, and fits my lifestyle. I personally LOVE the new chocolate color for fall. While I ride my bike the most for exercise, on the days I can't, I power walk and this shoe has never given me blisters. Ordering this shoe was a breeze and I knew I wouldn't be returning it. By the way, I order a half size up and it's a perfect fit for exercising.

My feet under-pronate, or suppinate. These are the first running shoes I have found that actually help me to walk using the inside of my foot. Most shoes seem to be made for pronators and make you walk on the outside of your foot-something I've done naturally all my life and which has resulted in major problems with my feet. I haven't had them long, but so far they are very comfortable and keep my foot in a "neutral" position. I did read where I should order a half size up--I did this and they fit well.
