Feels 1/2 size small, but I were orthodics and that's often an issue.
My orthodics add a quarter inch to my foot height and I often have a heel poping out on most shoes as I walk. These work fine and the shoe is breaking in to accomodate the 1/2 smaller size feel. I wear these to work 8 hrs a day and and am comfortable in them. Have not had them long enough to determine wear and durability. I prefere the sketchers stamina amplitude shoes over these. The stamina amplitudes are cloth were as these are waxy black and more dressy, but not as comfortible or accomodating to my orthodics. I would buy the half size larger next time and probably be happy.

Great product. Very comfortable and stylish, it is also slip resistant which allows it to be a great work shoe.
