I have problem feet - so my shoes are the key to my happiness.
I was looking for an athletic built shoe that could pass in a business casual office environment.
I am pleased with this shoes - great comfort -not as dressy as my peers - but not too noticeable. Comfort trumps style for my purposes, and when new - these are GREAT!
I used them for 6 mos in the worst Midwest winter in ages, and they are durable and dry- still look new on the outside.

However I hate to see the comfort go out of them now, as the soles are starting to flex too much and I have foot pain again. I guess the best I can get out of a shoe is 6 mos - but I will keep looking.
I am going to explore elsewhere, as $100+ price tag is not a value for only 6 mos wear.

I generally wear a wide width, but Rockport medium widths seem to fit me fine. This is a very comfortable shoe- good for walking and hiking and is completely waterproof.
