I returned these both as a 9 and 8.5. My usual size is 8.5. In other Keens I wear a 9. This was confusing.

Great shoe with great fit. I love the large toe box for my feet. Unfortuantely, I had to return the Bison pair that I purchased due to a defect in one of the eyelets. I also was very disappointed in the finish of the Bison (brown) leather option. [...]The Bison would look bad after a few weeks of wearing. I have seen the black in person which is more of a suede and should hold up well. I want to order a pair of black in 13 [...]Overall, I would recommend the style and fit but don't recommend the Bison finish. Even the online photos show scuffs.I have purchased many Keen sandals and love them. That's why I have looked at their shoes.

On recommendation of friends and my daughter, these are my first pair of Keens. I have plantar fasciitis and these Keen Richmonds offer plenty of cushioning so that I can wear them all day (I'm a college teacher and have to stand and walk a lot). I bought the "army" color beacause they were on sale, and to my satisfaction they are pleasing to the eye and go with anything. Even with my EE width, they fit my bearpaw feet, even with orthotics!

Fit like a glove when I first put them on. Very comfortable. Nice wide toe box area that don't skrunch my toes together. I work for long hours and am on my fee a lot. I like the rugged look also.

At work I stand all day and these are very comfortable. They look good and feel great. Keens are very tough and long lasting.

They worked well on recent photo safari to Africa. Comfortable and lightweight as well as stable. Size runs slightly small. They are now nice enough to use as an everyday casual shoe. I purchased black initially, but didn't care for the look. The Bison (brown) color works much better, for me. They appear to be a very comfortable and versatile shoe.

Probably the best shoes I have ever worn. I wear them daily to work where I am on my feet alot, very comfortable. I have flat and and somewhat wide feet so I have trouble getting shoes that are comfortable. Would definately purchase them again and again!
