Got these for my husband, who usually wears a 11.5 to 12. Had to go all the way to 47 to get a decent fit. He needs pronation control and to find something other than an athletic shoe that provides that is rare. These shoes have quality leather and soles, so we are hoping they will hold up longer than most of his shoes do. They will require a little break in, but Dansko's often do and it is always well worth the effort.

My husband wears these shoes and he is in his own business selling tools. He is on his feet most of the day and also in and out of shops. So far they are nice looking and no stains. He is wearing them every other day as he also has inserts in another pair of shoes. He seems to really like them and the not staining part is important so they look good.

Very nice walking shoe, esp. if you spend a lot of time on your feet.
