I originally purchased these shoes to wear with an evening dress but, they turned out to work well with dress slacks, too. I live in Seattle and even found them to be easy to walk in up and down the hills due to the stability of the wedge design. I would recommend these shoes for both evening and day dress.

I wear a lot of Clarks. Unfortunately these ran too small. The purchase and exchange went very smoothly and very timely. I would shop online shoes again.
