Well-made shoe with excellent padding and rugged sole. Perhaps all the interior padding/support is reason why shoe doesn't feel "true to size".

J-41 makes a great shoe. The quality is exceptional, and the fit is perfect. The Aspen looks great with jeans, khakis and shorts. It is a comfortable, casual shoe that is ideal for anyone who is on their feet all day.

Loved the shoe, but the hook closure at the top broke off the first time I laced them up! I am sending them back for a replacement.
Probably just a fluke, as I have worn J-41 shoes for several years and have never had a problem. They are very comfortable and look great with casual pants. Can't wait to get another pair!
