I wear low heels due to metatarsalgia, and also wear orthotics. I have worn Easy Spirit oxfords in the past, but have found that the Olga by Softspots is far more comfortable and stylish. I usually wear 6 1/2 M, but found the Olga's to be a little short and not as wide as expected. When I moved up to 7 W, it was a perfect fit. The insoles are very cushiony and the leather is soft, which comfortably accommodates by slight bunion and hammertoes. I found that there was absolutely no break-in period necessary. I just returned from a weekend trip to Asheville, NC, and wore them for the first time during the entire weekend. I even spent several hours touring the Biltmore house and surrounding grounds with absolutely no discomfort. They feel just like sneakers, but much more attractive. I have purchased them in two colors, may order the third color too.
Good value. Comfortable shoe. Works well with dress pants. Room for othotics.
As an IT Tech my shoes have to be comfortable as well as professional looking. These hit the mark. The heal shape adds a femine touch.
Basic black oxfords, especially ones that don't look orthopedic, are SO hard to find in narrow widths, so I'm happy to have found these. This is my second pair of Softspots, and I love the quality. The leather feels great. My first pair are a year and a half old, worn almost daily, and they still look great. I expect these to be the same. My only slight complaint is that I wish the soles were rubber instead of plastic. Then they would be the perfect shoe. But they are still great.
I use this shoe for work. It compliments a casual work attire. I am on my feet the whole time I am working and this shoe is very comfortable. To this date, it has NOT hurt my feet at all. This is the second pair I purchased to get a different color. I will definitely buy this shoe again.
I have bunions and the soft leather is very comfortable . The heal is low enough that you can wear them all day. great shoe got them in black then ordered the brown
If you do not like sneakers, this is a great shoe for you. It looks great with jeans or casual pants. I like the simplicity of it's lines. It has a slight lift which is nice for those of us who cannot wear a high heal. Very stylish.
I have Morton's neuroma, hammer toes and a high arch and still feel supported and padded. Good shoe!
So roomy and soft leather but needs rubber sole and more padding
I've had a lot of problems with my feet, and these shoes are comfortable and look good. I wanted something other than athletic shoes and these are great.
