I bought this shoe because I work a part-time retail job and I sometimes walk to my full-time job. I needed a comfortable shoe that was appropriate for work. This shoe definitely fits the bill of business casual. I mainly wear these shoes with khakis and cords. I think no matter what shoe you wear, standing on your feet for an extended period of time hurts your feet. These shoes are definitely comfortable but my feet still do hurt after standing for 4+ hours. It's great for walking and provides good support. As far as fit goes, my feet are pretty narrow and I find I have to wear thinner socks with these shoes. Any sock that is too thick causes some tightness in the width. Overall I was very pleased with the quality, style, and comfort of the shoe.
