I use these shoes on a daily basis...in winter...no boots. I wear these through the snow, rain, slop, and dry weather. I sprayed them with suede waterproofing when I first got them and they wear beautifully! I'll respray them every once in awhile when I think about it. When I first got them they felt a little tight but I've had eccos before and I know they conform to your foot really quickly even if they feel like they are a bit tight. I have a pair in coffee color and I wore them one work day with thin socks and by the end of the day I could wear thin or medium socks and by the third day I could wear any sock I wanted to. I then got a pair of black ones and the black ones are a bit stiffer and are taking a little longer to break in but not much. I love these shoes and I'm really disappointed that ecco has discontinued them. IF these are your size and you want comfortable walking shoes nab these!

After months of daily winter wear! One of each!
