These shoes are great in terms of comfort- I can walk around in them for hours and they feel great. But, they aren't all that durable and do look "worn" relatively quickly.

Because of previous foot/ankle injuries, I have a tough time with heels. That said, I can wear them and they are attractive and versatile. However, I find - because of the padding inside which tends to be a bit "squishy" or "mushy" - my foot slides around a lot in these shoe even though it is probably the right size. This makes them feel unstable for me although the heels are not all that high. This means that they sit in the closet, unworn.

I haven't actually worn these yet. They were comfy out of the box but my little toe was getting squished on the inside cutout. This is not usually a problem for me as I have a rather narrow foot so I was surprised.

Own these shoes in two colors, I have a very wide, small foot. (6WW) and now have to wear closed toe dress shoes to work. It's a nightmare to try to find shoes. NONE are available in stores to try on. Softspots are the only ones that are comfortable. Soffit shoes are cuter but don't come as wide. Oh how I wish they would make small double wides. And softspots would be perfect if they would make 5/12WW. They really are 1/2 to 1 size larger.

I needed a fall/winter shoe that would work with skirts and slacks and would be suitable professional attire. I was tempted to keep this shoe, but it slipped too much on my narrow heels. The padding is very thick and the shoe rides low on the foot. I orginally ordered my usual size 8.5 narrow and even tried exchanging it for an 8 narrow to see if the fit was better. It was, but not good enough to keep the shoe.

I usually have no problem with fit, especially with shoes designed for comfort. Sadly, I never could find the right fit witht his shoe. I usually wear a 6 M or 6 Wide. I ordered this in the Wide and found the entire shoe was way too big. I could tell it would be REALLY comfortable if I got the right fit. I exchanged it for a 5 1/2 M and found it way too small. Feeling like Goldilocks, I had hoped that the third time would be the charm, exchanging it for a 6 M. Sadly, that was too small, as well. I finally gave up and ordered a Sofft shoe for my super comfortable work/dress shoe. If you can get the fit at a store, then buying on line should work, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend the shoe.

Finally a navy (mid-heel) pump that fits and doesn't kill my feet! I have heel and hammertoe problems that make pumps very difficult to find that don't cause pain. I needed a shoe to wear with skirts. The rounded toe has enough room and the soft insole decreases heel pain later. I prefer pumps without straps but considering the comfort I can't complain.

I had a back and hip replacement operation and these shoes feel very comfortable and are stable even though they have a medium high heel. I could not wear my old high heel shoes anymore I needed more support yet wanted to have high heels. I would recommend them to anyone who had a hip operation. Thanks.

I am on my feet all day on cement floors and usually live in Dansko shoes because of this. Sometimes, though, you want something a bit more refined than clogs. The Softspots Mandy really gave me that opportunity. It is sometimes a struggle to find shoes that are really comfortable and feminine and pretty as well. These really worked for me.

Looks great but is uncomfortable because there is too much cushion. This excessive cushion results in the shoe lacking depth. The fit is off due to this thick cushion. It feels very unstable to walk in. I actually ripped out the cushion and replaced it with a Dr. Schol's Air Insert. I still love the way the shoe looks and if the designers would try again to put in a sensible cushion, it would improve the comfort level of the shoe tremendously. Also, note that the shoe sizing runs large so order a half to a full size smaller than you usually take.
