I love the color and the fit (slightly wider than most shoes). I can see walking for miles and going to work in these. I liked them so well that I bought a pair for my mom. Just make sure you buy a size bigger than what you normally wear.

I got exactly what I wanted with these Keens -- they are comfortable & sturdy enough that if I suddenly decide to veer off the sidewalk, I can count on good traction. They are easy on/off with backpack-style pull closures/releases. The only downsides are that the same feature can make the "just right" fit a bit iffy to get to (i.e., too loose; too tight; darn, I loosened too much; too loose; too tight again...) & that the black really shows dirt.
Basically, I love them. They go well with almost everything I wear, including casual skirts.

A great shoe and very cute!!! I love Keens and this pair is just as comfortable as my others with a little hip style.
I have been searching for a second pair of these. I need to order them as back up, I walk in the city. And, I mean walk. These are the best shoes on earth.
The only bad thing is mine smell so bad from not wearing socks... (my fault)

The is a very comfortable shoe great for travel. The only thing that I wished was the shoe was not so wide at the toe. If you dont care about looks, then this the shoe for you.....

These shoes are so comfortable, I actually keep them on when I get home instead of changing to my slippers! I wore them on the airlines last weekend; easy on, easy off through security. I tried to buy another pair in a different color, but I can't find anymore in my size - drat!

First time purchasing this brand. Very comfy. Looks great with Jeans. I wear them on casual Fridays. Love the color. The strap can be annoying if your in a rush to remove them. Just a little too stiff in the front.

I knew when I ordered them to order a half size larger than I usually buy--so I did. They fit great--and are so comfortable. I want to wear them all the time. I don't wear them when gardening--or at church--or sleeping--but the rest of the time--they are my first choice.

I really love these shoes! I have them in two colors and am thinking about adding a third. If you want a shoe that is easy to wear and gives you great stability, this would be excellent. It would be perfect to take on a long trip like to Europe where the walking is sometimes tricky because of uneven surfaces. It is so sturdy and the footbed cradles and softens every step you take. A great buy!

I love the color but the shoe is a little bulkier than I feel comfortable in and on my foot seemed to rub on the heel....I do have tricky feet so maybe this is more a problem with my feet than the shoe itself.
It is definitely a durable shoe and well made but does not seem as versatile as the Keen Sydney shoe that I love.

Being mom with full hands it is nice to find cute, comfortable shoes that I can manage while holding my kids in my arms. Slip on, and secure them when I get a chance. Makes my shoe decision a cinch!

I bought these to travel to, & thru Ecuador...airport, mountains, beach, buses, city, country...this shoe took me thru it all. Super comfy right out of the box. <looked good with jeans, shorts, capris,and even skirts. Travelled well thru all terrains...even the mud. Just hosed off & ready for a new day. Thank you, and my feet thank you too. Made my travels very pleasant not to have to worry about my feet.

Had to buy a half size bigger then usual. I love these shoes and wouldn't trade them for anything!!! Once the right size was found, they were perfect!! Good for all weather!

This was my first pair of Keens, bought last summer. I was looking for a comfortable, supportive slip-on for the summer, and while these are comfortable and supportive, they weren't a good choice for warmer weather - they don't breath at all. However, once the weather cooled, I began wearing them all the time and really like them. I have a high instep, though, and find the strap too short. Once I get my foot in, it's hard to get a hold of the strap to tighten it up. I generally just wear them "open" or loose, which doesn't bother me, and doesn't show under jeans. I agree with another reviewer that they are chunky and not particularly feminine, but most Keens aren't. Wth plantar fasciitis, though, I've given up wearing "girl" shoes. There was a little breaking in time, as others have mentioned, at the back of the heel and along the top edge up front, but I was initially wearing them without socks, so that didn't help. Lastly, I have a very high arch and few shoes actually reach it; these do.

these are comfortable. you have to wear it in a little the top of the shoe can dig into the top of your foot if it is not stretched out some. but after they are great.

this shoe is great in cold weather. The rubber soles grip well and the nubuck that the shoe is covered with, can be cleaned up with a damp cloth. I like the fasterner much better than a buckle for the ease in putting the shoe on and off. I wear orthotics and I can take out the insides and put in my orthotics easily. I did order a size larger to accomodate the orthotics.

I bought these on sale because I'm a big fan of Keen shoes and thought they would be a fun addition to my growing collection. They deliver the same stabilty and shock absorbance as other Keens have that greatly help with my sciatica issues. The Seattle is one of the heavier models and a bit clunky looking, but once I adjusted to that look, I found myself really enjoying wearing them with jeans or yoga pants. These aren't for skirts or shorts unless you like looking like Olive Oil! They do not feel heavy on, just supportive. I have these in red, and what woman doesn't enjoy a cute, red shoe? I also like that the larger rubber toe cup of some models like the Seattle work well in rainy weather. My only cons are that the strap does loosen with wear as others have said. Actually, I wish this strap totally opened for slipping into these shoes vs. just loosening as well. As others have said here, anyone considering these should order a half size up because they do seem to run shorter than some other models. I have a wider foot, so my regular size was OK for me. Also, the area over my toes and instep felt tight and cutting at first. They broke in fine, but I like to speed up that stretching process by using a product called "Shoe Stretch", $4.99 at [...], to spray on the inside of new shoes in tight spots and stretch with wear or use a shoe stretcher.Overall, I'm thrilled with this shoe and appreciate all the above reviews that helped me decide to try them!

I love this shoe. With a heel spur I have to be careful and specifically look for arch support, and heel comfort. This shoe is everything I need and I have no pain even when I wear it all day!
At work walking on concrete, shopping, walking the dog, It is the greatest. I bought my daughter a pair also.

My only complaint and it's a minor one, is that the straps loosen and I have to keep tightening them throughout the day.
I love these shoes, I have about six pairs and would love to buy more. I'd love to see them in more colors, I already have green, red, black, blue and brown. I wear them every day to work and at home.
I also own a pair of Keen sandals that I bought this summer. I have a large dog who loves the beach and I walk him near the water, he always pulls me in. With the waterproof sandals, I don't worry.

Had to pass the shoes on to a friend, as they hurt too much in 2 hours of in-house wear to wear them beyond that. So sorry, as I really liked them. Found the same problem with Keen's Sydney. Boo hoo!

So I am a very busy ER Nurse here in the great Northwest and I love these shoes. They handle 12-13 hour days in style and my feet and calves feel relaxed and stress free. I like all Keens, I love these. Reaaaaally roomy though, so socks must be above the ankle or will slip off.

This is my second pair of Seattle's and sixth pair of shoes by Keen. I love the Mary Jane look but need them comfortable because I am on my feet a lot. I found it hard to find a shoes that was blue and this color was just what I was looking for. I love the wider toe bed.

Good shoes if you have wide feet. Great deep red color, excellent traction and cushioning. As sturdy as they get. Overall a fine shoe, but here are the "problems": a bit stiff around the ankles, a little tight at the base of the toes, and slightly shorter than my other Keens of the same size. None of these things are enough to warrant an exchange. Keens break in quickly, and these will be no different.

I love Keen shoes, but the Seattle were just too heavy for me. I had to pull the strap tight all the way, and it dragged on the ground. I am looking for a pair of casual shoes that are comfortable to wear as I walk around town. I don't think these are it.

This was my second pair of Keens. My first pair were so awesome and comfortable that I just had to have more. Sadly, I found this style to be disappointing. Although I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly how to describe the trouble spot, I'll just say the top part that covers toes and the top part of the foot pushes down on the top part of the foot. Even after what I would consider an ample breaking in period, the area still did not give very much. The area in question actually left a bruise on the top part of my foot. Also, I am a server and these shoes are a bit slippery for my work environment.

I found Keen shoes when I broke a toe and wanted to wear something that would protect me during the healing process. By the time I'd healed, I realized that my back felt better when I had to walk or stand for long periods of time. I also noticed that I was getting a LOT of compliments from people who noticed my shoes because they'd never seen anything like them. I've got three pairs of Seattle, two pairs of Venice, and an Amsterdam - and I can't wait to buy more!

Keen shoes in my opinion are the some of the best you can buy. Since switching to this brand, my back does not bother me as much as it once did. These shoes are so comfortable that once you put them on, you almost forget you are wearing shoes. Even though they look a little different from a "normal" shoe, I have had so many compliments. One of the compliments is that they look comfortable. I put these shoes on and wore them on vacation. After walking the entire day, my feet did not ache. Can't say enough about the shoe. Be sure to order any Keen shoe one half size larger than you usually wear as they seem to run a little small. They are great shoes; this is my third pair. I work on my feet all the time and love my Keens!

The Keen Seattle is my favorite shoe for work. I am a high school teacher who is on her feet all day and this shoe provides outstanding comfort and support while looking professional, yet cool. As a runner, arch support is my main concern in selecting all my shoes so my feet feel good throughout the day. These shoes have nice traction, never scuff floors, and are quiet. No clicking or clomping down long hallways.
