I love the look and initial feel of this shoe, but trying to walk in them caused painful blistering on my feet.
Originally bought at Macy's, but then had to exchange to a bigger size. The store didn't have my size available - thanks to OnLineShoes for a great service, huge selection of brands, styles and sizes. [...]

The quality far exceeds the price tag!
The exterior is made of durable (but soft) leather. Your toes are protected from the seams in the top by an extremely soft continuous piece of leather on the inside. (Seriously, you've got to feel this leather - bare feet have never had it so good!)
These seemed tight across the tops of my toes the first few times I wore them. (My 2nd toe is the same length as the big toe, which I think was the culprit here.) I actually thought about returning them to get a 1/2 size bigger at first, but decided against it. They now feel like they were made just for me! Snug and comfortable - almost like an athletic shoe! (No kidding!!)

I love this pump! It is so comfortable and looks really pretty on your feet. You can wear it with casual or dressy clothes. It's my favorite pump of all time! I ordered both colors and am so glad I did.

This show can be worn dressed down or up as the case requires. It looks terrifice with jeans, dress pants and skirts and dresses. Very comfortable and stylish. I really like the fit and looks.

I think these shoes are great. Unfortunately, Sofft sizes don't seem to fit my feet, 6.5 was too big and when I exchanged them by 6, it was too tight. It is sad, since I really like their comfort.
I wear these to work and to dress-up occasions, and always get compliments. They are cushioned and cute, too. The navy is a terrific color, and the peek-a-boo cutout effect is neat. I usually like a strap across my instep, but this shoe is very secure on my foot without feeling or looking orthopedic.

I have a narrow foot and this shoe did not work out for me. It is too wide in the toe area. I wouldn't recommend it for narrow feet.

I have never been able to wear a pair of dress shoes right out of the box all day long until I got these! No blisters, hot spots or sore feet. I have bone spurs on both feet, so this was wonderful! They look great with jeans, if you want to be a little dressy or a dress/suit for work. Love them, thanks.

Practical for work into the evening.
I got this shoe hopeing it would work with a dress for my daughter's wedding. It didn't and unfortunately I need to return them. For the little amount of time I had them on, I found them to be quite comfortable. If I didn't need to get another pair of shoes for the wedding I would keep them.

Beautifully made, with real cushioning under the ball of the foot. You might have to buy a half size smaller than you usually wear, though.

I bought these shoes because of cushion and heel height. The heel and toe seem to have more cushioning than at the balls of feet. They tend to feel hot at balls after a few hours and as the feet swell, the toe area feels tight. I can wear them more hours in a work day than most, and they are very comfortable at the start. It may be that I need a half-size larger shoe, as my big toe is right at tip, with no room to spare. I wear size 10 and don't want to go UP a size. I may need to bite the bullet and come out of denial. All-in-all, I'd purchase another pair - if they come in 10 1/2.
