These are great looking shoes, but you really, truly should order a half size larger than usual. Compared to other Sofft shoes (like the Cordelia, another high-heeled loafer), it is definitely smaller and narrower. I usually get 8 Wide, but these work well for me in 8 1/2 Wide.
They have great arch support and cushioning, and they look as nice as similar shoes that aren't nearly as comfortable! This shoe is a bit more "low-cut" than some loafers - definitely more of a loafer-styled pump than strictly loafers. For that reason, I think they'll look nice with skirts in addition to trousers for work.

I really like this shoe. It looks great and would be a great shoe for the office. However, I could barely squeeze my foot in it. I'll have to exchange them for a bigger size.

I really like this shoe. It's super comfortable and very cute. I wear it in the dental clinic when I work there and I can walk around in it for several hours. After all day wear, I tend to get a little sore on the knuckle of my 4th toe but it's mostly because of the way my toes curl up. I also had to go get suede protectant for it. Otherwise it's a really nice shoe and brand.
This shoe has nice padding and is well made. But I wore them around the house for about an hour before wearing them to work, and I decided that the toe area is not comfortable enough to keep them. They smash the top of my big toe, and make my toes hurt. I was so disappointed, as I was really looking for a comfy, but cute pump-ish shoe to wear with slacks and skirts. I will try others in this brand, as they do have a lot of padding and support for the bottom of your foot.

These shoes were great. Comfortable, soft leather. I bought them for a trip and was going to do a lot of walking and sightseeing. I wanted some height but still, I was nervous about the slight heel but they were perfect. I walked around Paris and wore them for hours. They did seem a half size big, not enough to ruin the fit.

This shoe has lots of soft padding for the balls of your feet, they are great for everyday wear. At first I thought the shoe might be a little too small, but the leather stretches nicely!

this shoe needed no breaking in- it was comfortable the moment I wore it all that day! I may buy other colors in the same style. very pleased with this one! I like the brand in general.
