I had to get some gel inserts for the heel before I could wear this show. It helped a lot, but after wearing them for 9 or 10 hours, my toes kind of hurt. The fabulous look, however, makes it worthwhile.

The shoe is so cute, but caused pain on my toes. The front part of the shoes felt too hard, and the heal part felt a little stiff. It caused me blisters. :(

These shoes are adorable and sort of sexy in an old fashioned way. They seem like they would be very comfortable, but they're very uncomfortable across the toes. They're tight across the toes and the weaving hurts and after an hour you can't wait to take them off!!!! I even took them to a shoemaker to stretch and they still hurt. Sofft shoes are usually comfy, but not these. Sorry Sofft......

I read all the reviews on this shoe, and was glad I ordered a half size larger than I normally do. The heel slipped a little, but with the buckle on the side, it can be adjusted. I got lots of compliments on this shoe and am very glad I purchased!

These were SO cute! But like some of the reviewers, I had blisters on my toes and my heels! I wanted to keep them so badly I tried bandaids and trouser socks, but they didn't help!

This is really a very pretty shoe. Great styling for someone with a wide foot! Comfortable, soft, stylish, and a nice heel! Read reviews that it ran a little small, so i bought a 1/2 size larger and it's perfect. I'm really pleased with this shoe.

I loved the style of this shoe and that it had an extremely comfortable insole, however it was not true to size. I ordered an 8N and it was way too wide (slipped in heel) and too short. It felt like it was a 7.5 W. I gave it a three star for the style, comfort (insole) even though I was extremely disappointed in its sizing. I am petite and can usually wear a medium size shoe depending on the style, but these shoes did not work for me. I only purchase comfort shoes and I thought this brand would be perfect to add to my collection of comfortable/stylish shoes, but I was wrong. I even tried a different style shoe of the same brand but had the same problem. If you have never worn this brand before I would recommend going to a retail store to try these shoes on first so you'll have an idea of how they fit.

I love Sofft shoes so I was really disappointed that wearing these just around the block gave me blisters so badly that I had to take off my shoes to walk back to my house. If you have a tiny heel they might be perfect but my foot must be shaped oddly. The heel area has a lot of room, but my heel isnt' shaped in such a way that it would go back there, so there's just a lot of empty space, meanwhile my skin is rubbed off by the area where the straps join the back of the shoe. Usually only 'cheap shoes' give me blisters.

Absolutely fabulous looking but not true to size. 9 wide is too short and can't be sure about width. My sister tried them too, she is a 9 reg. width and sure enough to short for her but width was fine. She loved the look too. Had to return. Worried that 9 1/2 w might not fit any better and don't want to keep mailing shoes back and forth. Very stylish but my dogs were barking wildly "Let me out"!
