I have been in many shoe stores trying to find a size 5 shoe. They all have size six, no 5's. I was trilled to find them online and when I got them they actually were a size 5 and fit like a glove! I would shop with them again in a second!

The shoe is comfortable & durable.
These shoes are great for kicking around the house indoor and outdoor, and for running errands. I save lace-up NBs for serious workouts as a slip on shoe is not appropriate for that! I have had mine for far too long and need to purchase another pair...which I will! Highly highly recommend these shoes! I love New Balance!

Cute shoes, but the material on top of the foot is very uncomfortable and for a very high instep, this is not the shoe! There is no give at all across the top of the foot. They would probably be Ok for someone else, just not someone with a little wider foot.

I thought these looked so comfy and for a good cause. Well they are not. I've been trying to stretch them out and they just are not for a wide foot although I ordered a wide width. Save your money on this shoe. I have to say I am a New Balance lover...have 3 other styles and love them!
I have been wearing this shoe for a least 10 years or whenever they first came out. I have a severe back problem and can slip these on and get the support I would get from a very good tye shoe. these shoes have been a life saver for me and I wear them in EVERYCOLOR they come in. I love the black because if I am dressed up wearing black pants I can be comfortable where ever I am going!

I have worn New Balance shoes for years and I have never been disappointed until now. The seams on the inside of the shoe rub badly against several areas making the shoes extremely uncomfortable to wear. The fabric on the inside seam just above the toes is fraying from inserting foot into the shoe.
It is a nice looking shoe and I have done everything possible to try to break it in but I just cannot keep them on my feet long enough, WAY too uncomfortable. I guess I will stick with New Balance Lace ups.

These go on and off easily, which makes it easy to keep grit from being tracked into the house after a quick run to the mailbox or garage. Plus, they're comfortable enough to wear for longer periods. I bought a second pair a half size larger for wearing with socks.

I wear New Balance running shoes, so I thought I would try something casual. These shoes were too tight and short, so I went up a half-size. They are still uncomfortable and it may just be the materials used for this style. I would exchange them for another color (one of the all-white versions), but those styles are never in stock or restocked. There never seems to be enough stock, so I will have to return these. It was disappointing since my New Balance running shoes have never disappointed.

These shoes are awesome because they look good, while being casual, comfortable and easy to slip in and out of. I am lazy and want my shoes to look stylish, while being easy and great for a lazy person. I love to wear them shopping because they have good foot support while you are walking the mall, but are easy to slip off and on while trying on clothes and the best of all -- you are supporting the fight against breast cancer!!!

I have plantar fasciitis and my doctor recommended that I never go barefoot in order to protect my heel and arch, and to help with the pain. After doing some research, I purchased these shoes to use in the house as slippers. They've worked great, better than I expected. The heel and forefoot cushioning provide relief from the pain in my foot. I like them so much that I bought another pair to use as a regular shoe. I also tried the 802 slip-ons and did not find them to have as much heel cushioning; they also felt a lot lighter and less sturdy, in my opinion. I much prefer the 801s. A caveat - I found that I needed to go a half size larger to get the right fit.

Very comfortable even for work. I am on my feet all day, and this shoe keeps my feet from tiring. They are cool and my feet stay dry.
