I have been wearing this TNF shoe at work for a couple of weeks now. Since I spend a lot of time standing and walking I can appreciate the overall comfort and stability of the shoe. It has a conservative look and goes well with both jeans and khakis. Although it is lined with fleece, I wouldn't call it insulated nor does it really keep your feet warmer than other similar shoes, but it may be too hot in the summer as I am wearing these shoes in the winter. In addition, one of its strengths - stability -lends itself to a weakness - stiffness. I wish it were a bit more flexible which would enhance the walking experience. The bottom line - if you like a casual/conservative looking shoe with TNF quality, then this shoe is for you.
