Great Casual shoe.
Very stylish and great to look at kind of shoe, however seems a bit big as a fit and not sure if half size smaller would fit well or not. Goes well with jeans and seems like a dream, but lack of arch support tends to tire my feet. not recommended for long standing or long period walks.
Looks great tho!
I wear these shoes around the house and while walking the dogs. They are great weekend shoes.
I was attracted to the two-tone colors and elfish look of this shoe, as well as the smoother sole that promised to not pick up so much mud and debris around our country property, which includes a stable. Since I own 5 pairs of Merrell Jungle mocs, in various ages and conditions now, and hardly wear anything else, no matter the occasion (newer ones for dress up, older ones for barn & yard work and going to the gym), I decided to try the Dublin -- for a different look. When the shoes arrived they felt and looked even better than the pictures. Fortunately, I have a 2 ft shoehorn, which I purchased when I bought my first pair of Merrell mocs, and I needed it to get into the snugger fit of the Dublin. I was immediately surprised by the extra arch support in this version. I've had to wear orthodics in my other Merrills once they get a little broken in, but I can tell that none will be needed for the Dublin! It's very supportive and I don't mind using the shoe horn to put them on, since the fit is snug and secure and promises to stay that way. I spend a lot of time on my feet, walking around our 20 acres and tending to our guests at the horse camp we own and run, so the support is greatly appreciated. They are GREAT walking/standing around shoes because of the very snug fit and arch support. I have also noticed that there is a bit more toe room in this shoe than the Jungle mocs, and I like that alot, tho I sure wouldn't say that the mocs are lacking toe room. I've only had the Dublins for a few weeks now and am still saving them for when I'm wanting to look sort of dressed up --- ie they haven't yet turned into "work" shoes that I wear out in any kind of weather. I have 3-4-5 yr old mocs for that! The shoes have ALWAYS been noticed when I've worn them, by our camp guests or by my friends, who are used to seeing me in nothing but the mocs so they're probably surprised to see something else on my feet, besides the mocs or my tall riding boots. People always say, "Cool shoes! Look comfy." And I agree that they are both cool and comfy, indeed.
This is quite simply a fab pair of shoes. I am a tall woman cursed with large feet...so quite often i shop for androgynous shoe styles.
This a a comfy pair of shoes i get asked about often.
Great shoe
Othopedic issues require well cushioned shoes. My 'fleet' of shoes contain seven pairs of Merrell's. The Dublin Moc is my 'go to' for casual around town wear with jeans and chinos. I find that it not only looks 'funky', but it provides my old body with all day walking comfort. Great looks....great cushion....great shoe!

I believe the designers at Merrell Shoes think outside of the box, because every shoe I've purchased has a timeless sort of design while being simple yet elegant.

All my many Merrell purchases have been very comfortable, one criticism is that in some models the soles have worn out too soon. Maybe I walk more than the average American. With this shoe I needed a shoe-horn to get it on my foot, that's my only complaint.
