This the second pair of Haflinger slippers he's owned. We did have to exchange the last pair for a larger size (he couldn't remember what size he had before and they do run small). He says they are the most comfortable slippers he's ever worn. They conform to the feet; are warm yet breathe and are just great. He wears them all day while at home. Incidentally, the last pair was eaten by the dog which is why he didn't know the size.

I have a hard time finding shoes that are comfortable for me to wear all day and keep my feet warm in winter. These shoes are great. Second pair I have owned. I wore my others for years until they finally wore out. I put them oon in the morning as alippers and they stay on until I go to bed at night unless I am in the barn or out in the snow. One of the best shoes I have owned.

I was recommended this shoe 5 years ago, I have had heel spurs and my feet killed me all the time. A shoe man that I had known for years, told me to buy this shoe. He said "If you could wear this shoe in the shower, I would tell you too!" After wearing these shoes for a couple of weeks, my feet stopped hurting. I purchased a pair for my husband and he loves them as well!

I have a high arch and instep, this shoe fits perfectly, offers great support and is the most comfortable shoe i've worn. I'm definately going to order another pair in a different color.

I love that i can wear my Haflinger clog out to the mailbox, i like the versatility, i wear them daily. Similar clogs i have owned in the past have rubbed the back of my heel unfavorably, these however fit perfectly!

Good overall slipper. Arch is a tad high for my foot. I had to return the first pair because the sole came unglued from the cloth part of the shoe. Thought that was a bit of a bummer when you look at the cost of these. My previous pair of slippers was UGG Tasman...those were softer but the Wool wears out to fast for the price. The Haflingers are quite a firm slipper. I would have to say I do like this brand and will probably buy again.

This pair replaces my pair that were three years old and still in good condition with regular - cold weather use. My new puppy chewed one of my original pair.

The top wool material and the sole seem to seperate fairly quickly. Now I do wear these all of the time in all kinds of weather! Shoegoo works great. NOTE: I have probably purchased about 20 pairs of these over the past few years! So obviously I like them in spite of the issue I mentioned...

These are great clogs. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit with a narrow heel, plantar fasciitis, collapsed arches, etc. These clogs fit great and no orthotic is needed because of the comfortable arches. I wear them as slippers around the house, but they could definitely be worn out and about. In fact, I may buy a 2nd pair to do just that. Being made of wool, they are also warm - so great for winters. I highly recommend them.

This is my second pair of these slippers. They seem expensive at first. When you realize they are sturdy enough to wear outside (to toss the garbage or let out the dog), comfortable and warm as all slippers should be, and that they last for years, then they suddenly seem to be a bargain. My first pair was a gift. I had never heard of them before. I had to replace them, but after 4 years. I've never had a pair if slippers last for 4 years. When they gave out, it was not the sole but the felt started to separate from the sole. They were still warm, even with that little bit of air coming through. These are great and I have no complaints about them, except that possibly they are too warm now and then. But if I get warm, I just kick them off for a minute or two and all is well. I live in them in the winter when I am home. I also travel with them (gross hotel room floors, you know?).

I bought my first pair of heflinger clogs in Germany in 1995 and just now are replacing them in 2008. These shoes are comfortable well made and are great fro around the house or around town.

This clog fels like the best thing I've put on my foot since Simple brand shoes. The footbed is not flat, it is contoured (w/arch support) to the bottom of your foot. Look out, these are going to be on my feet for a long time.

bought my first pair in 1998. Had to replace them this year because my big toe had poked a hole in the top and the wool was showing wear but the cork bottom and the support were still excellent.

I wanted a shoe I could slip on and go that went well with jeans or casual pants. This is exactly what I was looking for. They are similiar to a birkenstock feel and the same type of casual look. I bought two pairs (black and bark).

I purchased these shoes as a surprise for my daughter(25 YO) to go with some "Smartwool" tights that she wanted. After I ordered them I thought about how she probably will not like them. She loves them! They have become her daily shoes. And that is how nice these shoes are, you could buy them for someone else.

I'm recovering from a torn achilles tendon and I have plantar fasciitis in both feet. Was concerned there wasn't enough cushioning, but these are REALLY comfortable, have been wearing them non-stop. The only con is they run REALLY large. I normally wear a 6.5 to 7 but they still have a 1/2 inch gap in the back. If they stretch out with use (and I don't know if they will) they will be a little large. Am considering getting what would be a size 5 for an extra pair--that's how comfortable they are.

This is a perfect present to the generation who remove their shoes when entering the house. They can slip into these clogs and be warm and comfortable, yet still have support and style.

A stiff brush is helpful to have to clean the nap on the shoes. This is a great fall, winter and spring shoe in cold or damp areas. I have 4 pairs, each in a different color! These look great with jeans, casual pants, and casual dresses and jumpers.

They are worth the price you pay for them!

My son, daughter and myself have been wearning these clogs for at least 10 years. My son is in college, and he lives in them. Easy to slip on, comfortable, warm. However, he is the only one who can destroy a pair in 6 months. My daughter and myself can wear one pair for years. True - he lives in them day after day. I recommend them to my friends who have college kids too.

These shoes were comfortable the minute I put them on and wore them for 8 hours with not a problem.

This shoe supports my feet and legs for 8 hours + on cement floors. I have never been able to wear the same shoe two days in a row, but because this shoe is so well made I have worn them everyday. They also repel water, and can be "dusted off" to clean, making them presentable for my job.
