I have flat feet and had foot reconstruction on my left foot. The heel cup and the arch supports, which are firm yet comfortable, are exactly what I needed in the house. These shoes can be worn outside, but I choose not to as it is unsanitary to wear shoes outside and the same shoes inside the home.
