I wear boat shoes daily - at work and at home. Always been great to just slip on and wear around. I do go through these quickly as I wear them all the time, and this shoe is a great buy. It is reasonably priced and under $100, but it is very comfortable and durable. I actually still have a pair from 2 years ago that I wear around the house and out. Although they have been beaten up and used daily, they are still great to wear and are comfortable.

For someone like me with larger feet (11.5 wide), the wide option of his show is a great comfort. For me this is a greats shoe, very comfortable and durable and can pass in business/formal situations.

These shoes are quite versatile. They are fine for Friday's at the office with khaki's and a blazer or they are great for all types of casual wear. The stitching on the pair I purchased was dark which I prefer. I applied mink oil for additional water resistance. I am delighted with this purchase and with Onlineshoes.com.

These are my "around the house/go to the store? shoe of choice, I ware them everyday - they are comfortable and fit well. Most imported shoes are too small or not true to size, only a small number of companies (3 maybe 4) are always right on (size 12) and Timberline is one of the best. I never hesitate to order Timberline's on line because I know they will fit when they arrive. Incredibly durable soles and heels that last years, I usually order another pair when I?m tired of the color rather then wore out. (They also go through air port metal detectors very well) Great shoes!

this is my second pair of a great pair of shoes. always loved timberland echos and they get softer and fit to your shoes well after a few uses. grip on wet surface is good, can be used with jeans or slacks and resists water and scuffs pretty good. feels solid and grips the feet well and overall simply a well-made pair of shoes for versatile uses. would buy again (just a different color)

This is my second Echo (first was dark blue) and it fits perfectly. A bit hard at first but after few uses, gets very soft and snug fitting. Very comfy the more you wear it and skid resistance is good. Use it with jeans, slacks for most daily uses and has held up well in the past for me.[...]

My husband loves this shoe and is unable to find it in his size in any store. He wears a wide width and finds most shoes don't run true to size. The Echo Bay by Timberland is a great shoe, fits him perfectly, and runs in the comfort range all the time. this one pair seems to have a slight ridge right under the ball of the right foot which was quite annoying after a long walk. I have never experienced this problem with previous purchases of this shoe

When I buy a dress shoe it's normally an 11W or 11EEE because they are so stiff. When I order Timberlands I get 10.5 Regulars. You can wear them for hours when you first get them. There really isn't a break in period. The only short fall is the padded tougue. I always have to adjust it when I first put the shoes on, where as I never have to on any other Timberlands. I don't think you'll find a better casual shoe for the money.

I've owned lots of pairs of deck and boat shoes over the years and these have been my favorites. It difficult to imagine that Timberland has outdone Sperry Topsiders in quality and appearance
