I am a Frye fan as they are American made, classic, quality and comfortable. I have had my eye on this dressier Frye boot for a long time but could not warrant spending the bucks, (even though it is worth it,) as I have more pairs of boots than I need. But this one was a BARGAIN on Online Shoes and I could not pass it up, and I am so glad I found it. It is THE MOST beautiful boot I own and even with bad feet that need a lower heel, these will go from dinner to theatre or just around town with jeans, and always look and feel great. I was thrilled to find this boot, you can either tuck in skinny jeans or wear slacks over them. If you have great legs (like I do not) then you could wear them with a skirt, either long , mid, or short.

This boot is precious beyond description. I live in FL, so the coldest it gets here is still too warm for regular boots that this northeastern girl is used to wearing. Hence, the short boot with long skirts. I would love every color but the price is a little high, so that will have to wait. For now, this boot is the one higher priced shoe purchase I have made this season. [...]
