Wear during the Fall and Winter in cold climate. I have a very low instep and a BAD bunion on one foot. This boot and other Ariat boots with soft leather are easy to wear right out of the box. Sole is very lightweight yet offers great support. Love the look and have two pairs.
I would buy these again in a heartbeat!

I bought some new jeans and I needed a pair of boots to wear with them, and I had seen other people wearing these, so I ordered me a pair. Anyway, they work well with different types of jeans, they look really nice, and they are warm. They fit perfectly, I couldn't ask for a better fit. They also aren't real heavy, which I was kind of concerned about. I am very very pleased with them. I haven't found anything that I didn't like about them.
