Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I use these boots for when I "dress-up" which I'm sure most would consider casual wear. Since I use my other Ariats for work boots, these are a little higher on the calf so not as good for work, plus they are way to pretty to get full of mud and manure. I do hope the shine dulls down a bit over time without looking scuffed and worn.
