When I look for a shoe I look for comfort, versatility and style. It's sometimes hard to find all three but these boots easily combine these. One of the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. They feel as is if someone is giving you a massage while you walk. They are absolutely stylish and I wear them to work, socially to most any event I can. People comment on how great they look and I immediately revert to the comfort of the boots. I absolutlely love these boots and purchased the grey pair and will be purchasing the brown pair as well. I have sung there praises so much that my friends are asking me where where I purchased the boots. The boots are suede so in the winter/snow, sadly I will have to put them away, but I will be looking for more sofft boots as these are my first pair of sofft and I am absolutlely pleased.

The complaint I have about Sofft is its inprecision: both shoes are not exactly same length or width. Last time I ordered a pump, the right is a little longer than the left. I bought a heel sticker to fix it. This time the leg of the right boot is 1/4 inch wider than the left. I brought the boots to the tailor shop and it got fixed. Although they're tiny differences, but it is quite bothersome. I am sure it is not my own body problem, because by measurement, my left foot is slightly bigger and my right leg is slightly slimmer.

However, currently, sofft brand is the only one I've found with good arch support and overall comfort yet still in style within this price range. I just wish they can improve their quality control better.

i got so many compliments on this boot. it has a slight heel so it's comfortable but yet has a lot of styling features that make it look like a much more expensive boot.
