I purchased these beauties in Silver at the incredible price of [$]! After seeing these fabulous boots in-person, I now own both the Silver and the Black. Simply put- I love, love, LOVE these boots! I have fuller calves and have been on a long search for stylish boots. When I came across these and read the review I knew I had to have them. The look is of no other I have ever seen. They are of high quality, beautiful detail, and gorgeous, sexy design. I modeled them for my husband and he normally just nods his head of approval but for these he actually said, "Now those are Hot!” I personally would not wear the Silver pair to the Office as they are of a more glamour appeal. However, the Black pair I could possibly wear to a non-conservative office atmosphere. Either way, you have endless options for wearing these beauties (i.e., Night on the Town, Event, Shopping, etc.) They can be worn scrunched to mid-calf or pulled to knee-high. Whatever your taste.The Cons- I normally where a 9M but I followed the suggestion to order a half size up. The fit is perfect at 9.5 so my regular size would have been to small without the warning. Also, the drawstring is not a true cinch. I wear a size 14 in pants with a 15 inch calf. I still have about a thumb size space in-between the drawstring and my calf. Not sure how it will look on those with slimmer calves with all the room. Hurry and find your size and exemplify your unique personal style while turning heads! Two Thumbs Up!

Arch is very high: so walking long distances is not a good idea unless you have a ballet background & a high tolerance for pain. The pullstrings are misconstructed. The push button helps, but the option to pull as tightly as you like is nonexistant so skinny calves are going to get swallowed in this style, but we big calved soccer chics can rock these boots like nobody's business! Just make sure you do not have to run or walk too far in these cute boots & you will be fine.

They wear well on a 12 hour day for the deskbound. Very disco but can be done in daylight. Cute design overall but the heel is what makes this boot especially unique. As for the heel, I not talking about the black ones. I have the silver/pewter color & are amazed at how they can make blue jeans & a tshirt the hottest outfit on earth!

Few things are perfect but these boots, flaws & all: are worth every penny spent! The silver doesn't scuff. The strings are a fun flowy movement at your back. Cute boots that were just not made for walking.
