I've had this boot for years, it's well made. It's warm enough for getting me to work in Wiscsonin winters and while not super stylish, it's basic and won't go out of style. It also works just fine in an office environment, depending on what you wear with it. The only real complaint I have is that the toes are unusually snug! It would be great if they made the toe area a little wider and/or more round. Otherwise, useful boot in rain or snow or slush.

I order a bigger size so I could wear thick socks (or 2 pair) to keep my "always cold" feet warm, but this boot was too narrow in the toes and a little too loose in the heel for me. I had to return them. The look and comfort level of the boot was exactly what I was looking for. The heal was a little high for me, but I usually wear flats. I was disappointed they didn't fit well enough to keep. I'm thankful that online shoes is very good about exchanges/returns.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to wear anything with heels--the flatter the shoe, the better it is for my feet. Although I loved the look of these boots, and they were warm and good looking enough to wear to my business Christmas Party, they left my feet swollen and in pain for the next two days.
If you don't have any foot problems, I think you would like these boots just fine. But I won't be able to wear them again.

These boots are perfect for my trek to work in the winter. The fur lining keeps my feet warm, especially my toes, and because they feel just the slightest bit big, wearing socks does not make them too snug, but just right.

I put "heavy" as a con, but only because I think some people might object to that; I actually don't mind at all. I did need to insert insoles though, as there is no arch support. However, again, because the boots aren't super snug to begin with, the insoles fit without causing any discomfort.
