I have been looking for years and hadn't found a comfortable and stylish boot for everyday wear until I discovered this pair!!! I wanted something I can wear under khakis to work, under jeans, when doing a lot of walking, or with a skirt. These are the boots!!! I love Dr. Martins and I always get much use out of them. I've not been disappointed by these. They go up to my middle calf and are super cute, plus the straps are adjustable in case legs are smaller/larger. The absolute best feature about them is the side zip!!! I live in New England and am always having my laces come untied and fighting to get out of my snowy, wet or muddy shoes, but these zip on and off with no laces!!! They are wonderful!

Good boot , motorcycle style with a feminine flair. I wish that the rubber on the bottom was a little more cushy. They are loud on wood floors and a little slippery. Other than that and being a touch too big, they are hot and my boyfriend loves them.
I have finally found my pair of perfect winter boots!
not too biker, goth nor western looking, yet stylish and can be dressed up or down.
I ordered and 8 though I normally wear a 7.5, because I wear superfeet orthodics, and with the orthodics in they fit perfect! without, a little loose.
the black is not so uniform as it looks in the picture..i.t is a bit more worn-in looking, which I personally prefer.
the quality of the leather and sole feel excellent, and they are very comfortable! I have worn them to school the past 2 days, and after walking around campus all day, there is no rubbing, blisters or anything!
I LOVE these boots, which I'm sure i will wear even in the warmer months. :)

This boot is constructed very well! I love the soles, wood and leather with a rubber tread. They will last ages. The product exceeded expectations. I have large calves and was concerned that these boots may pinch in that area, but the cut allows for all sizes.

These boots are great to wear to the office (if you don't have to dress professionally). They're comfortable under jeans or slacks.
Love love love these boots! I was actually really surprised to read some of the below ratings because not only are these boots super easy to get on, even over top of jeans, they fit perfectly. I am able to slip these boots right on, and they are warm and very trendy. I have no complaints!
These are my favorite boots- I wear them all the time and they're bulletproof. I have walked MILES in these things and am always amazed at the level of comfort. I have lots of boots and wear these at any opportunity. They're cute too. I have them in brown and am thinking of going for the black as well.

I really love my Jolie Biker Boots. They are just so fun! They need leather lotion every now and again, or they start to resemble cowboy boots but they are very trendy. I was looking for a dressier leather boot when I purchased them, but when they arrived I was in love anyways! They are great for a casual day!

I did have to order a full size up in these boots but once I got the larger pair, I loved them. I don't have a problem with the thickness of the leather except for the straps going across the boot because they have curled at the ends. But that's not really a big deal to me. I wear them ALL the time. Super comfortable but tough enough to make a statement.

This boot was very sharp looking but I could not even get my foot in. The instep was much too small.

These boots were a huge disappointment in person. The leather on the shaft was VERY thin, including the leather straps with buckles on them (which, as a result, curled up at the ends, ugh). The leather around the foot (vamp?) was very stiff. Once my foot was in the boot it felt like it would not be uncomfortable, however I returned them due to concerns about how well they would hold up overall. I have other Doc Martens that are great quality, don't know if this is representative of a particular factory or just "modern times."
