Great boot for work - heel is low enough to be comfortable but there is some heel there so it looks stylish. Good basic boot for many uses. Famous BORN comfortable insole, which is what made me buy it sight unseen from this website.

I've never bought shoes online before, but after reading others' reviews I thought I'd give it a try. Bought these in brown to wear with jeans on vacation to New York and was able to walk for miles sightseeing all day. A little snug when I tried them with thick socks (it's cold up there in January!) but perfect with trouser socks. No break-in period required. Will probably buy a pair in black for work.

I spent the money on these boots to have something comfortable and durable. These boots are comfortable, but a little unstable because I think the heal is not wide enough. These shoes were unfortunately [...] VERY poor quality. The first day I wore them the leather scuffed off the toe. It litteraly rubbed right off and all I did was wear them out briefly.

No break in. These boots are great out of the box. Good for large calf people like me because boot height is short.

The boots felt a little stiff at first , but after wearing them 2 or 3 times they feel perfect now. The low heel allows me to wear these boots all day. I don't usually buy shoes online, but was very happy with this purchase.
