These boots are one of the most comfortable boots I have owned. They seem to mold to your feet.I took a suggestion and ordered 1/2 size bigger. I wear them with skinny jeans, or boot cut, or tights and sweater dresses. Have not seen them on anyone else in my area. Receive lots of compliments.
The perfect combination of a stylish, yet functional winter boot. I wear it everyday, through snow, rain and slush. The only problem, it's NOT waterproof as it's advertised. You have to treat the leather with wax that softens it and makes it more waterproof, but even with the wax, water leeks in at the seems. So just beware of this fact.

Finally found 'my boot.' They are a bit snug to start, and I was worried about my heel slipping, but after a week of wear, they fit perfectly. I wear them with 'medium weight' socks. I have "normal" size calves and "Birkenstock" trained feet.
They do have a side zip midway down. It does take a little work to get your foot in.
Worked well over skinny jeans and under boot cut jeans. Was able to Christmas shop for hours in them, long walks with the stroller and play in the snow with toddler.

This boot is adorable. Its a tight squeeze to get your foot in all the way. Once you do, its as if you don't have anything on your feet! I had to go up a half size bigger just to put a sock on. I went hiking about 3 miles in them and did well. Its a very comfortable boot.

This boot is so cute! the details are really unique and stylish. My Zurichs will get a lot of use this winter. I wish I had ordered a half-size larger now, as there they arent roomy enough for wearing with a heavy sock. They do have decent arch support, however there is not much separating the bottom of your foot from the pavement so they may not be the best shoe for a long day of shopping or standing on hard surfaces for extended periods.
