This boot is very unique in look and design, very cute and form fitting with an interesting zipper design on outer side of the boot. I have purchased Dr. Martens in the past and been very pleased with their quality and comfort. This boot lacks the quality I have come to expect from the brand, the synthetic lining was uncomfortable and cheap, the snaps did not stay closed, the zipper is cheap and the leather is thin and flimsy. The boot is very comfortable with the signature rubber soles but for the price I would buy boots that are more durable. Also, if you have medium to large calves you would not be able to wear this boot.

Just received these. I'm going to have to return them, due to them being slightly small. I did think they were VERY comfortable for the short time I wore them around the house. I would also warn other shoppers that these seemed to run slightly small around the calf, too. I have skinnier legs and they JUST zipped up. There is definitely no room for tucking in pants. These would have to be worn with leggings and skirts or under pants. Happy shopping!

I wear these boots @ work, and I'm on my feet all day long. They are functional and durable. The non-slip sole really keeps me from busting my *****!
Great looking boot with the comfort of Dr Marten lace ups. I could walk around in these all day! I've always had trouble finding a calf length boot that zips up comfortably because I have large calfs but these are roomy and fit really comfortably. I feel like I could wear these to the store or out on the town, not too dressy and not too flashy. Just perfect!

Finally a boot for smaller calfs. At 2" this heel height is perfect for taller people who would like a little dressier style without settling for the flat block heel or sacrificing comfort vs the 4" heel. Comfort, versatility and double duty is a must for my shoe investments. These boots fit the bill. They are stylish enough for an office setting and anything in between that may requires you to be on your feet 6 hours or more.
Order true to size as indicated, the fit runs a 1/2 size larger so it's roomy than most in the toe box area - no more pinched toes.
Excellent Quality - You Will Not Be Dissatisfied.

The boots are very cute + trendy. They start out a little bit stiff but loosen up after a while. The website made the boots look shinier (more like patent leather) than what they are.

These boots are comfortable for working on my feet-the heel is stylish but not tall, cone-shaped but not pointy. The outside zipper with straps is unique and beautiful! These are sleek-looking; a departure from Dr. M's typical clunky styles. I was cautious about the sizing. I typically wear 8.5 US, so I followed suggestions given in previous reviews and ordered UK 7 (equivalent to US 9.0). They fit just fine.

I LOVE these boots and get tons of compliments on them!
People are usually surprised to learn that they are Docs because of the slimmer profile & the leather covered heel. The heel isn't super high, so they are still good for walking around all day or an evening out. I have bigger calves & it is pretty tight to zip them up all the way, but I like that I can unzip a little when I wear them with jeans/pants.
