Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I like these boots but they were not quite what I was looking for. I would like something that is warmer with more grip. But they are cute and are good for rainy weather. They are relatively comfortable but if your wearing them standing for long bouts I would recommend some insoles.

I own a dog walking business and I wear this boot all the time. It is very lightweight, comfortable and keeps my feet warm and dry.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I've been wearing these boots for about 3 months now. They did take a little bit of time to break them in completely, but were still pretty comfortable from the time I first put them on. It's true that they are waterproof and very warm - I've been wearing them in ankle-high snow with no problems!
I agree with some other reviews that these boots are pretty snug around the calves (but that's not a problem for me). My only complaint about them is that they are NOT slip-resistant, which is surprising because they are advertised as having, "all-weather tread ensuring traction on slippery surfaces." I've almost fallen on my butt several times while walking over a patch of ice and even on a wet deck after a rainstorm. I would have definitely given these boots 5 stars if they were indeed slip-resistant...
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
These are great for any winter situation, covers off your casual boot needs in one boot. But like other Keen boots they are a half size too small, so I had to return them and they didn't have the size I needed afterall.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I commute to work on a bike in rainy Vancouver and needed something that was waterproof, comfortable, and didn't require me to change footwear once I got to work. These fit the bill...and then some!
The leather is a bit stiff the first day, but nothing off-putting, and they're super comfortable after a while (they're completely molded to my feet now!)
I wondered if they are truly waterproof as they have a seam going down the middle, but they truly are. I have ridden in some torrential downpours and nary a drop can penetrate. The leather looks "wet", but nothing gets through. They also breathe very well. I read on their site that, while anyone can make shoes waterproof, not all shoes can be made waterproof AND breathable. These are. I've never felt clammy in them.
I have fallen arches that give me shin splints if I walk around in cruddy shoes for a while. I have literally lived in these boots this winter and I have never felt any foot/leg discomfort.
I wondered if the faux shearling lining would stand up to everyday wear, but for something that is faux, it's been incredibly durable. I have heard of people grumbling about their ankles moving in these - why would you NOT want them to move? I'd rather have them move than be stuck where it can develop blisters.
If you have huge calves, they won't be for you. But if you don't have issues like that and are looking for incredible versatile and durable boots, buy them - especially since they're on sale now. I paid full price and am not sorry, they are worth every single penny!
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I was hoping these boots would be the answer to my never-ending winter boot quest but they certainly were NOT. The fit is very strange. I tried 2 different sizes and the ankles are huge causing my foot to slide up and down when I took a step. The fleece/wool lining is not very plush or warm.
I have a pair of Keen shoes that are so comfortable but these boots are no comparison.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
My feet are too narrow for these boots. I think Keen probably work better for people with average to wide feet.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I bought these back in September in anticipation of my wet bicycle commute in the Pacific Northwest. I needed something that was waterproof and comfortable, as space in my pack is limited and I do not want to haul shoes to change into.
It has been a good solid 4 months since I started wearing these, and they have far exceeded any expectations or qualms I had. Initially I was concerned they weren't waterproof because of the line down the middle, and the leather does get "wet". But no water ever penetrates through, even in a downpour.
The really great thing about these is that they are breathable. Any shoe can be made waterproof, but it's not easy to make them breathable. I spent last winter in waterproof boots, yet my feet were always clammy from the perspiration.
The fleece liner caused some worry that they not hold up, but they have. And they keep my feet super warm. On morning and weekends I will wear these barefoot while walking my dog, and I have yet to feel cold.
The leather was a bit stiff initially, but they are now broken in and feel like slippers. I'm not sure what others speak of when they say the ankle area is large. I have narrow feet to be sure, and never felt anything odd about the ankles. Can't speak for others, but I'd rather have my ankles move than be trapped, that's how you get blisters. If you have muscular calves, these may not fit you comfortably.
Like other Keens, they are 1/2 size smaller, and provide great support. I have yet to get shin splints like I used to with my last year's shoddy boots. I now only wear Keens, even down to my house slippers! (Timberline)
I can't stress enough how great these boots are. I pretty much wear these 99% of the time. Luckily my work allows me to dress casually so they go with all my clothes.
THEY ARE WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
Good boot from keen, but not the one I'll keep. I wear a 6-6.5, and ordered both for good measure--this boot is plenty roomy, so DON'T go a size up unless you have a skinny long foot. Plenty of room in the toe, adequate at the instep (mine is high, and these were snug but not uncomfortable; I trust the leather would stretch). NOT recommended for bigger calves. Leather seems nice and thick (durable and good support), but there's no arch support and little cushioning in the footbed. The black is a lovely matte and will go with anything (for winter wear, not high style--these are not skirt boots)
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
This boot exceeded my expectations for style, comfort and warmth. This is the first pair of Keen shoes/boots I have owned and I will certainly buy another pair. I have a fairly wide foot and most medium width boots are not wide enough, but because of the wide toe box these boots fit perfectly with just enough room for a sock underneath.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
Wearing this boot is like mud and snow tires on a 4 wheel drive! I can count on it for slopping through puddles and trekking safely across an icy parking lot. And after all that, it still looks like new! [...]

Love these
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I love these boots! I was a little unsure when I ordered them but I'm sold now that I have been wearing them for awhile. They are comfortable and cute with jeans and cords. I have been wearing them around town in Golden and in the ski towns and they are a perfect casual boot. With a thin pair of wool socks, they are even warm enough to shovel snow or go sledding in Breckenridge when it is -10 outside.
My only complaint is that they feel a little wide at the ankle but in their defense, I have a very narrow foot and ankle.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I wanted these boots so badly! When I finally ordered them they didn't fit! I have large calves and I could not get the boots to zip up. I was so dissappointed! If you've ever had a problem with ski boots or other high boots these are not for you. It broke my heart to send them back!
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I got this boot for our cold wet Utah winters. As a realtor I am in & out of the car, tromping through snow to put up signs & find keyboxes. Also I have three dogs that need a lot of walking. I wanted something more stylish & not so clunky as my Sorels. And for property tours on snowy days, something that I could slip in & out of quickly. I got a 1/2 size bigger than my normal 10, as Keens run a little short for me and I wanted my Power Step insoles for additional arch support - these have more than most of the boots I tried but I need more support than most. I wore these for 5 days straight out of the box - very comfortable, cute with jeans tucked in or not. These would be cute with skirts too.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
These are as comfortable as all the other shoes by Keen. The footprint is smaller and more stylish than some of the other shoes and therefore can work for more dressy occasions. I walked miles in London in these with no fatigue and felt great. They were slightly warm in the theatre which was already a bit stuffy but unzipping the side made the difference there.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I wanted these for winter boots in New England. They had a sloppy rain boot feel. They were stiff and not a plush fleece liner at all. I have never tried Keens before but these were awful. I had to send them back.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I've had serious trouble with plantar fasciitus, so I need good footwear with good support but not too much arch. This boot provides that but also keeps me warm walking outdoors in the Minnesota winter. They are easy to get on and off, good traction--and with all that, they're way cool looking!
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
The fleece is nice and cozy; however, it tends to pull my socks down. The ankle is very wide and allows my foot to swim (and I don't have super skinny ankles). The arch support is not as supportive as some of the older styles (bronx, salem). I love my other keens, but these just didn't work for me.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
Good boots, I have more than a hundred pairs of shoes and these boots always get compliments and people ask me what they are and where I bought them. That has not happened to me with no more that three pairs of shoes so these get the attention. I am really impressed witht the leather quality and lightness of these boots. I ordered them half a size larger according to the reviews before returning them, for me they are true to size so I ordered my size. If you have wide ankles maybe this will fit perfectly, my ankles are skinny so they fit a little loose but you get used to it. if your legs are a little heavy probably these boots are not for you. They do not get five stars just for the fact that the boots are wide at the ankles.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
Ordered the Keen Chamonix and the Stockholm. I chose this one since I have high arches and these are more comfortable. The boots are a bit stiff to start but should soften up with wear. These look good with pants tucked in but also fit nicely under the pant leg without bulk.
The fleece in the inside feels cozy. Since the footbed can be removed, a fleece footbed can be inserted if you want.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
These are nice, but not great like my other Keens. They are warm, cute, but really big in the ankles, and I'm not skinny in the ankle of calf.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
Good for thick socks when it's supper cold.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
These are one of the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. I knew Keens almost always run half size small, so ordered 6.5 (I'm a 6) and they fit just right. They are prettier in person than onscreen and I like its unique design. No breaking in period, very comfortable right out of the box. Roomy around the toes and instep, which I like, and nicely fit on the calf. Although the leather softens and stretches a bit after a few wear, they probably won't fit if you have larger-than-average calves. My calf is 11.5 circumference and no room at all when I tuck my skinny jeans into them. During cold rainy days, they held up well beyond my expectation. My feet were warm and dry.
Excellent arch support, too. Worth every penny.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
It rained 3 inches today but the dog still needed a walk. Thanks to these boots my feet were warm and dry and comfortable for the whole 45 minutes. I love them!
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
I LOVE these boots! I only wear Keens now, after YEARS of foot pain from other shoes...they are cute, comfy, and FUN! I am just short of a 7, and the sizing feels PERFECT..super sporty, cute with jeans, or skirts...warm, and delicious on your feet, right out of the box!
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
Love these boots! They are warm, your feet stay dry and they are so comfortable!
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
This boot combines style with function. They are stylish with blue jeans, and can be worn through puddles, snow drifts, and on uneven ground. I tried 20+ different boots, and nothing compares to the Keen 'Stockholm'.
Comments about Keen Stockholm Boot:
These boots are durable and fits true to size. In boots, I usually buy them a half-size bigger than my normal size, but I did not have to do this with this boot.
