I loved the look, but there was not enough arch support, I had to order a larger size to get the calf to fit and then the effort to close the loops discouraged me and I finally gave up. They were uncomfortable when I wore them for a period of a few hours because of lack of support (which I always expect from Merrell).

These boots are great to wear to and from the ski hill. Winter in Montana isn't very warm and they have kept my feet warm and dry. Their easy to just slip on and go. They are a little wide but I have an extremely narrow foot. My only complaint is that I didn't get them sooner cause its getting to be Spring.

I've been looking for a comfortable pair of warm boots for a while now. I didn't like how everyone had the UGGs; I wanted to be a bit different. This pair of boots fit that bill. I LOVE IT :)

The boots are really nice but the buckles are too hard to buckle.[...] The boot is cute and seemed very warm.
People are always asking me what kind of boots these are. These boots are a great fit, but in the snow, wetness seeps through and makes my feet cold. They're too hot to wear inside, so I don't have a whole lot of places to wear these shoes. Hardly seems worth the price.

These boots keep your feet toasty warm! Boots are cute, but they are a winter boot - meaning that they don't make your feet look dainty.
These are a cute little boot, but need a thick shearling insole to be anywhere near warm enough for our brutal winters, Polartec insulation just doesn't cut it for me. Something I didn't anticipate was that the snow sticks GOOD to suede & won't seem to knock off before you get in a vehicle, so the snow melts on the boot. The next pair of boots I buy will be taller, and have at least a 1.5" sole with deep treads. These are like mocs with your feet right on the ground and almost no tread to speak of, save the little star designs on the bottom. Comfortable though for a warmer climate.
Wisconsin has had a cold, wet, snowy winter. My feet have been so happy with me for getting these boots! Your feet stay incredibly warm, but because of the Thinsulate they don't sweat!! My only complaint is that mine split on the seam after one month, but I think it was a fluke. If they can't be fixed, I'll buy a second pair. I am thinking about getting the lows too!

The boots look good but not as cozy as one would expect.
They feel very flat and low to the ground without much support particularly no shock absorption on the ball of the foot.
Maybe thick cushy socks would do it - but I wonder why aren't they cozy when they have the fleece lining - which is actually only for show, not inside the boot. Too bad they don't have the feel of Uggs with the look of Merrell's.
These boots are fabulous...I never take them off from December to April! I can wear them all day without getting swampy feet...but are never cold outside either. I get comments on them almost everytime I wear them. I have the tan ones and wear them so much I plan on getting a plaid pair too!

I just got mine today in the mail! I can't wait to wear them outside. They are very comfortable and cute! I was worried about ordering boots online without trying them on, but these fit perfect!

These boots are very cute and warm. I haven't had the chance to test them out in the snow since I had to stain proof them. So I will have to check them out when we get a big snow.

I got these for keeping my feet warm when I walk the dog and I have been wearing them everywhere. They are really warm and comfortable and I love the snowflake treads.
these shoes are fabulous! i recommend waterproofing against staining but once you do that you will be in heaven. they keep your feet nice and toasty! great for winter in montana. i barely took mine off this past weekend :)

they are like slippers for cold snowy outings. so comfy inside ...its best to wear them without socks! very durable and I get lots of fab comments on them

I live in Chicago, so I do a LOT of walking. I own two pairs of Uggs winter boots, but neither of them have any traction whatsoever, so I was slipping and sliding all over the place when I would walk to the train or bus. These Merrell boots, however, have THE best traction I have ever seen in a boot. I could walk on a sheet of ice and barely slip once. This is by far the best boot I have ever purchased, and I would definitely get another pair. I am trying to talk my mom into getting a pair! :o)

Was really excited about this shoes can't even decide on what color to buy. so I ordered two to see which is the best. Both were cute and trendy and unique and really cool. But the problem was I had a had time buttoning the sides up especially when you tuck your jeans in. Was sooo sad to send these back.

Sorry, I am a Merrell-lover usually, but not this time. Not enough cushion, no support, not the usual comfortable sole. Very disappointing. Felt like overpriced galoshes.
These boots are great.Waterproof,warm,very comfortable and durable.It's a plus they are so stylish.No need to undo toggles,your foot slides right in.Best boot for the $ if you are in need of a true winter boot.I love mine.

Living in Alaska I wear boots everyday for 9 months of winter!
I wear these to teach school. They are both warm outdoors and breath indoors, so I can wear them all day.
The best part is they come in my size 12 or 43! It is hard to find stylish boots in large sizes!

Boots are very comfortable. They are great for the snow and every day. They are very warm and waterproof. Buckles on side are a little hard to buckle/unbuckle, but for me that is not a problem because my foot slips in and out. The boots are wonderful and I would highly suggest them! Worth every penny.

This is my first boots that really kept my feet warm when walking on snow and ice. I also felt steady walking on icy surface.
I use them for walking to work in New England. They are so cute and comfortable, I don't have to bring a pair of shoes to change into. They are good in regular snow conditions, but they are still quite slippery on the icey conditions which we get here.
[...]then finally found a good enough deal to buy them. I can't fit my jean IN the boot, so I roll up the leg to the appropriate length and they look awesome. Very warm and very comfortable. I usually wear a 7 1/2 but got an 8 since it was the closest size in stock, and it doesn't feel too big at all.
I have just got the boot in black and so far have to say its GREAT! I would recommend using the suede protector before using the boot. I love the slightly odd (cute) style of the boot and believe it may not suit everyone's tastes. However, if you're looking for design and comfort this is a good choice. My feet have remained very warm. The size is generous and allows for thick socks (width wise as well). The side toggles are hard to get on, so thats a slight struggle. Once on - they're toasty and sturdy in the snow.
Love these, they're roomy enough to wear thick socks and are very compfortable and warm. My feet love them. However, I left mine in the garage over the summer and something ate the fleece off the top of one of the boots. Be careful where you leave or store them.

Just moved back to the snow and needed a warm casual winter boot. Although these are hard to put on and button up (I have a high instep), once on, they are adorable. They run bit larger than your regular size -- but a thick sock makes up the difference. Arch support is nothing to write home about, but not terrible. I'm definitely keeping -- too cute and comfy not to. (Before they go in the wet snow they are getting treated with suede protecter, because I'd hate to seem them stained.)

Loved this boot and the cream color in pictures. But, in reality, the line of the boot is very odd. The heel looks like it goes down and the toe area is quite large. Would prefer it be a flat line to look more graceful. It runs very large.....I never have a size 11 large on my feet!

This is such a great boot! Super warm for cold days, but actually designed so that your foot doesn't get too hot when you go inside! Amazing tread - you won't slip and fall in the snow wearing these. They are also one of the cutest boots ever - it just doesn't get better!

I really like these Merrell boots. They have more style than your typical sheepskin boot, and are much more practical for wet weather as well. I love Merrell for their durability and comfort. These boots look very sweet--I especially love the buttons off to the side and the cute snowflake print on the sole of the boot.

I use this boot in Wisconsin winters to hike/shovel snow and bike commute in the snow. They're not only warm, but I've gotten lots of compliments on them.
