These are great boots for use from car to different locations during the day. I needed a boot that looked professional and that could tolerate rain and snow and keep my feet warm and dry. I have always loved Merrell products for their style, fit and comfort. Being on my feet all day makes comfort a number one priority. I found that this was the first Merrell shoe that I might actually have to go down a size on. The heels slip and are too loose, though the width/instep is fine and the toebox is adequate. I am thinking about purchasing the smaller size to compare.

These are great winter/casual boots, no doubt about it. The major issue I have with them is the shape of the last, which is foot-shaped. Of course, it's super comfortable because of it, but it also results in a less attractive (stylish?) appearance, added to by the lower heel. Hard to tell it's a boot when it's on, but they are so comfortable and cozy that I had to keep them. It comes up a bit on the leg, but because it's so flexible, it is hardly apparent when they're on. So, long story short - comfortable and good for walking in the cold and wet, but not incredibly flattering.

I would recommend it as multipurpose shoe that wears well on travel to countries where climate changes are constant and when you have to move from an office environment to a walk in the park.

This is an excellent boot. I have been searching high & low for a comfortable yet stylish little black boot. The boot actually has a sole instead of those generic, plastic blocks they call a sole these days. It says you can stick them in the machine to wash, but I have yet to try it!

This boot is very comfortable - great looking casual boot. I wanted something to wear on the weekends that looked good but was not a tennis shoe. Merrell saves me again!

These boots are perfect for those chilly, wet fall days. I went walking with them in the rain and my feet were toasty warm the whole time. In fact, they were almost too toasty!
These boots really are true to size. I'm a size 9 and they fit perfectly, although I wouldn't recommend them to someone with wide feet. They are great for casual wear to the office. I didn't even have to break them in. Comfort, style and warmth all the way!!!
