I bought these shoes to wear to an out of town conference. They were so comfortable I wore them the entire time. We walked a lot doing the tourist stuff and my feet never hurt. I am going to have to buy these boots in brown. I normally wear a size 8.5 in Born but based on the reviews I bought an 8 and they fit perfectly.

I put these boots on the day they arrived, went to the airport and spent an entire weekend in them. These did not rub me at all, didn't have to be broken in and look great!

I am going to order the brown pair as well. Actually, I'm considering buying a backup pair in case these are discontinued although i can't imagine why they would be!

I really like this boot. It's easy to slip on and off and very comfortable. I clicked "half size too big" because I usually wear a 9 and I got these in 8.5.

I usually wear a size 8M, but had to return for a 7.5M. The smaller size fits perfectly. Wore them the day they arrived without any discomfort.

I love these boots more and more as I wear them. When I first received them I thought they made my feet look too big, so I thought maybe I would send them back. But I really loved their look and feel. And sure enough, with the right outfit, they look amazing. The leather is really beautiful to look at and feel, and the elastic on the sides stretches just enough to get them on. I wore them to a concert on New Year's Eve, and stood for hours, and my feet really held up. They are true to size, but roomy. A great boot all around.

These are comfortable from the first moment I wore them. They are my "go to" shoes for weekends and even the office! The insoles are like beds for my feet and the contoured design makes them turn heads. I love these shoes and would order them in any and every color they come in. Super trendy! None of my friends have anything like them - just the way I like it! It's a buy!!!

I was so excited to learn that Born had created a boot. I knew that it would be comfortable, so I did not hesitate to order. I was right. It is a great boot and looks nice with everything. It has a clean, stylish look so that it can be either dressy or casual.

Great right out of the box. Nice soft sole with good support. The only ankle boot I've ever had that didn't make my socks fall down. Usually wear an 8 1/2-9 but bought an 8 in this boot. My feet are a little narrow.

The shoe itself is very comfortable. It is not, however, true to size (I'm a 7 and it felt a half size too large). It also appears to be a bit wider, which is more obvious at the fold (when you walk). The leather at that point also seems too thin and a crease or fold will likely occur faster than with other shoes. Overall, my feet did not feel comfortable enough to keep them (especially at this price).
