This appears to be a well constructed boot. I wore it a couple days when it was only 40 out and it was much to warm to wear this shoe. I've never owned a lined shoe before, but this product will probably be best when the weather dips below freezing.
I wore this boot without socks(as you are supposed to) when I first got them and got a blister on one heel. I'm going to wear with socks for a bit and break them in.
The feel very light. Very soft.
Lacing up takes a little time. You really have to open up the lacing to get your foot in and then it takes a bit to pull everything tight.
