I use these mostly for casual wear. I added my own insoles, as thay have only half-length insoles. I wish Doc's came in half-sizes, though,too! I would still recommend them,though.

Although these are not industrial rated I got them to work in since they discontinued the model I used to wear. They have been great, leather is firm but not rock hard so the break in time is low/not an issue. The sole is the traditional DM style but the newer shoes/boots are a little different since they stopped making them in the UK. The inner sole is very plain and no cushion is installed, may have to get an after market insole at some point. Great boots Ind. rated or not.
this is my fourth pair in 20 years . They are little stiff when new but spraying rubbing alcohol inside before wearing helps break them in faster and thruer. I still got a set thats 10 years old most comfortable kicks i had but could use new soles , toes , heals , and shoe laces . One of pairs i owned had misaligned toe cap that took a year to fall in right place but i dont complain best shoe all around if you dont have take it off often and avoid airports :) [...]
