These are some of the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. I have had other Doc Marten boots but right out of the box they felt as if I’ve had them for some time. A real nicely done boot, a bit rugged yet stylish and I feel comfortable wearing them both to work and around town.If these last half as long as my previous Doc Martens (and I don’t see why they can’t) I should be set to go for the next 8 or 9 years.[...]

Great boot right out of the box...really no break-in period. They feel more like slippers than boots. This is my first pair of slip-ons and I was a bit reluctant and they did take a little getting use to (no laces seems a bit funky) but how happy I am that I got'em!! I do general maintenance and on my feet all day on all types of surfaces, bending, kneeling etc...they hold up really well and allow my feet to breath. Now I may have some reservations about going up on roof with a slip on but for everyday general work use this TOP on my list. Look very tasteful for casual wear ...you can't go wrong with these.

this product was amazing. i have owned only two pairs of doc martens ini my 26 years because they seem to last so long. this product in particular is very comfortable and it has taken the wet and cold weather like a champ. i would reccomend this product to anyone who wants a dependable, comfortable, buy yet sleek boot.

Boots are stylish yet a classic. Comfortable and easy to slip on and off. They look great with jeans. The leather is not stiff and is a wonderful color. Have received many comments on the boots.

I strongly recommend that you go up a size. I wear a solid 9 1/2 US and the UK 8 was too small and flt more like a toture device. I reordered a UK 9 (US 10) and I've been happy since then. It also gives just enoug space to wear a thicker more comfortble sock which only adds to the experience. Ruggedness and comfort have been formally introduced.

I've been on the lookout for a good set of boots for awhile. I was told awhile back that if you wear a half-size, you'd have to buy Docs in the next size larger. After reading the reviews here and elsewhere, though, I decided to buy the next size smaller instead, and I'm glad I did. They're a perfect fit. They're comfortable, loose-fitting slip-on boots with a cool distressed look. My first pair of Docs, definitely not my last.

First pair of Dr's. Well made & good looking. Originally bought 11's (normal size) - traded in for 10.5's which fit well. Comfortable and break in quickly. Like the look of the leather - sort of "worn" looking. Black is not a glossy black, but more of a dark gray.
Very satisfied with the purchase.
