This boot is very nice. cushion inside is good. It is waterproof. It is a bit stiff and break in may take a while. Very nice sole, feels like it would be great on slippery surfaces. Should provide good protection, it feels thick enough. The flap under the zipper may feel a little wierd but takes time to get used to it. It is hard to keep boots laced up and just use the zipper to put my foot in the boot so I still have to unlace a little and use the zipper too, this prevents me from having to unless the holes.
