No, I would not recommend this to a friend
the zipper constantly slid down partially after a few months of wear so
I had to get a strap and snap button sewed across the zipper to keep it from unzipping constantly...........I'm glad I did this because I love these
boots but had I not had the strap and snap installed I would never have worn them again..................
