No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Well crafted shoe that is broken in out of the box. The Kalso technology sole is not for me. I run 3-4 times a week and I instantly developed shin splints after wearing these shoes. I wore the shoes about 10 times for about 4-6 hours each time and could not get my legs accustomed to the sole. If they made a style with a normal sole, I would buy another pair.
