My first pair was in 1958. Have rediscovered Clarks Desert Boot once and and forever. I own 3 pairs: Desert Sand, Brown Suede,
and now Navy Blue Suede. When you wear these Chukka boots you are in very great company. George Harrison is wearing them on the
album cover,"abby Roads" walking across the street. Steve McQueen also wore the, desert boot (desert sand) in The Great Escape 1963.

These are very very confortable.They run narrow B or C width. Go a half size larger if you have a fat foot.
The LENGTH: runs one size too Large. I wear in a dress shoe a 9. I had to buy an 8 1/2. Size 9 would work but it added lenght to the "Toe Box".
I PLAN TO BE BURIED IN A NEW PAIR. ITS IN MY PERSONAL WILL.

Got these because they were highly recommended, and was very impressed. It's a simple boot, but it looks great. It can be dressed up or down, and looks very sharp however you wear it. Watch out with sizing, as it seems to run a bit large. Otherwise, get these and rock a classic.

the leather quality was good but this boot was too narrow/skinny looking which made the toe look slightly pointy. I could not pick that up from the photos. I had to returned them, I wish they were wider and roomier.

I bought these shoes for my husband for Christmas, and he loves them. According to him, they are very comfortable, and from where I stand, they are very stylish. They can be worn with jeans, or with slacks. Excellent shoe, excellent quality. But who would expect less from Clarks
