I just received this bag but know it will serve me well. It's beautiful. Really like the color. VERY comfortable and lightweight. My only constructive criticism is it could use more of the zippered pockets. Otherwise it's perfect. Not sure about the cleaning yet. Hoping it's washable.

I like their bags a lot and they are nice to have. I wish that this one had more pockets like thier other designs do. Other than that it is a nicely constructed bag

I bought this bag because I've had alot of recent neck pain and thought that distributing the weight across my body would help. It is more comfortable than a regular shoulder bag - but it did hurt my neck less. My biggest complaint with this bag is that its a bottomless pit! Once something works its way down to the bottom of it - its hard to dig it out. There is a nice inside pocket and two on the outside which is nice to store stuff. Overall - I love this bag!

This bag is so great. It's reversable, the brown part is somewhat waterproof, in the winter now that's so good to have. The orange-pink side is so soft it feels like a teddy bear. Both sides are super cute! And, there are hidden pockets all over the thing. This is one of my favorite purses ever!
