Saucony never disappoints. I tried and discarded 3 pairs of shoes before choosing this pair of Grid Trainers. I am able to perform a 10 hour day at a 5star resort spa as a massage therapist and still be comfortable throughout. The support and large toe box helps accomodate the foot throughout a workout or active work day.

I always have a hard time finding a good work out shoe because I suffer from a bum knee - so the fit, fleibility, and impact obsorbing shoe that allows me to train even when my knee is not at it's best is tough to find. This shoe is great! It's light weight. It's fleibility allows my foot to move in a natural step motion which is important for the knee. I can feel the heal absorb with each step - it's like I have a coushion for my heal. And the fit around my ankle gives me woderful support so my knee is more stable. I love this shoe and I have ordered more to keep in my closet so when the pair I have wear out, I can have another at my diposal.

I needed a shoe with support that was comfortable and very lightweight. I wanted to be able to move from the our casual office atmosphere to walking for 45-50 min during lunch. A friend recommended your website to me and I found the perfect shoe! Thank you and know that this will not be my last order from you. I've only just begun. After all, when I find a good thing, I stick with it. I can't say a lot about whether the shoe is too hot nor how well it holds up under rainy, wet conditions as I have't tried it in those condiditons yet. As for it being too hot, I don't think so. I tend to have cold feet and wear thicker socks so my feet are rarely hot.

Wore these right out of the box all day long without problems.
Like the styling as well as the comfort.
The only reason I gave it a 4 is that I would reserve a 5 for my idea of ultimate comfort...something like a feeling of not wearing shoes at all.

I love this shoe for kickboxing & other classes that have side to side movements. The ankle support is great & it is a lightweight shoe. My other cross trainers were full leather & the mesh & fabric parts of this shoe make it more breathable & comfortable. I overpronate, and my only complaint with this shoe is that it has less than adequate arch support for my feet. I'd still buy it again though - great price & value, too.

I was getting blisters all the time with my other walking/training shoes. I was also getting where my toes would hit the top of the shoe and then cause bruising of my nails.
Not with these shoes. They are comfortable and absolutely no blisters. They fit my foot well and don't allow for any slippage back and forth so no more bruising of my toenails.
I'd recommend these shoes for the fitness walker.

Best cross-training shoe I?ve ever worn! These shoes are a delight to wear. I have a "normal" foot, and I am a Jazzercise Instructor who teaches very high intensity (predominantly high-impact) classes: tons of lateral stuff and lots of skipping, jumping, and jogging. I've been a runner for years and always wore NB until they discontinued the 470's--they started hurting my feet after that. So I switched to Adidas for running, but they just weren't cuttin' it for my instructing. I needed a light shoe that offered excellent padding and support, but was flexible and pliable--not clunky, chunky, and hard, like so many cross trainers seem to be. These shoes are just that. They're not chunked around the sole, so I can move laterally with ease. They feel like pillows on my feet and offer a roomy toe box--much like Adidas--while managing to hold my foot in place with comfortable, stable support (something Adidas didn't do when I would move side to side). They move with my foot rather than inhibiting how my foot can move, and they're so light that I tend to forget they're there; they fit like a glove or sock or something. I don't even think about these shoes when they're on my feet; they're not distracting at all. Truly, I've found my shoe. I really hope Saucony doesn't EVER discontinue them. They're great.
