Due to lower back and arch problems, I wear this shoe EVERY day. I can't tell you what a difference it has made in my life. When I put this shoe on, the alignment of my back, legs, and feet all come into balance. It's instant relief. And it comes in a wide width which only adds to the comfort level. I even bought my daughter a pair and she stands on concrete floors all day. She said the difference was amazing. She used to have to soak her feet at night, but now she doesn't have to. Thanks Saucony.

I bought this shoe to train for long distance walking since it was recommended for people with flat feet. Not only did it feel like I had a golf ball sitting my non existant arch, but the shoe is not well ventilated at all! My feet started to sweat in the first 10 minutes and when I finished my short training session, my socks were soaked and my feet were sore. I DID break them in around the house first, so that wasn't the issue. I think this shoe has potential, but I wouldn't recommended it right now.

I am an overweight beginning walker who has had a lot of foot pain and have had a very difficult time finding shoes that are comfortable. I plan to do the 3 Day Breast Cancer walk next year and I wanted a shoe that would allow me to train without pain. I HAVE FOUND THAT SHOE. I weigh about 230 lbs, work as an Emergency Room Nurse and walk 3-4 miles a day on my days off. This is the best shoe I have ever owned. It is not the most attractive, but comfort makes up for it. I will definitely buy this shoe again and again. I have told everyone I know about this shoe. EXCELLENT

Tried these on the free-trial basis with two different sizes to see which fit best, since I read in the reviews that they are not really true to size. Found them to be exactly true to size, but kept both pair as I loved them, and can use the 1/2 size larger paid in the winter with heavier socks. Now own four pair in two colors. My ankle brace fits in these very well, as does my orthodic, but the stability of the shoe allows me allows me to not wear my ankle brace every day. Saucony was suggested by my physical therapist years ago, and I should have listened to him then.

I've worn Saucony for years because they fit my narrow heel well, are sturdy giving great support, and wear like iron. After several pairs of running shoes, age and a broken ankle have forced me to switch to walking shoes, of which this is my third pair. I wear them all the time; they last for a couple years easily. This design is no fashion statement, but they are very well made -- really solid -- and give my feet and ankle(s) excellent support. I also find them to be exceptionally comfortable, although it takes a bit of wearing to break them in thoroughly. I find Saucony walking shoes to be great for tourist-type travel whenever I'll be walking a lot. My feet just don't get tired in these shoes.

I was looking for a walking shoe to take along on a trip. I wanted something very comfortable and not too unattractive for my double wide feet (bunions). These were comfortable enough but so much more unattractive than they looked in the picture. I ended up returning them and so had to pay postage both ways, quite an expense just to try them on. If you have hard to fit feet, I'd suggest going to store and saving the postage.

Had tried some other models of Saucony at the store and seemed to be narrow (I normally wear a M). So I ordered a W. While the heel felt great, the toe area was way too sloppy. Reluctantly, I decided to send them back for an exchange to M. No hassles. They sent me a return ticket, so no return postage and the new shoes arrived within a week. I called about a week later, they had received the return and credited my account. It worked pretty slick. And, by the way, the mediums were perfect.

The Saucony shoe works very well for people like me who work in a restaurant all day. I have very flat feet and have had trouble with my left foot since I fractured my leg and ankle in an accident. This shoe gives me the stability I need to do my job all day-every day. I am able to give that extra smile to our customers because my feet feel great. There is no need to worry about slipping on wet kitchen floors when you wear Saucony Shoes. Special inserts fit well, when I wear them, in this shoe. I often recommend Saucony's to all of my staff. Saucony's are the only shoe I wear!
