Loved it, loved it, loved it! I work in surgery and I am on my feet for at least 8 hours and they were perfect. I have trouble finding a comfortable shoe, but now my troubles are over. I'll return to buy more shoes from here. The only trouble I had was the sizing....I had to return the first pair and get a 1/2 size larger. I had no trouble returning them and getting another pair. This is a great cross-trainer with good stability. I wear these primarily for kickboxing, where I found a running shoe wasn't stable enough. This is my 7th pair of Asics. They fit me well & are comfortable.

These are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I am 39 years old and only wish I had discovered Asics sooner. I will never buy any other athletic shoes.

I use these shoes for playing volleyball, doing workout tapes, and any other active activity (besides running) that I do. I bought a half size bigger for more room and they're a little too big now so I would get your exact size. Because they're a little big on me they feel a little heavy.

If you are thinking about getting these shoes... go for it!! Because I teach I would recommend that you get a half size bigger than you normally do... it DOES make a huge difference in how you feet feel!! I'll never get a regular size shoe for exercise again!! I was having problems with my heel and feet going numb sometimes in class... problem GONE! The gel in the heel is incredible!! If you can't get this one... get another pair of ASICS... they are great shoes!

I have now owned about 6 pairs of Asics gel over the past few years and I have to say they are definately my favorite brand of shoes. Not only are they affordable but they are extremly comfortable and durable. After wearing many different brands of shoes Asics by far are my favorite. When you're on your feet nothing beats a comfortable pair of shoes!
