I have never had a cross trainer before always running shoes. So I use this in areobics classes and you can move easier in these shoes than the running shoes. This is a great shoe. All I ever buy are asics. I was suprised that I ordered the shoe one day and the next day I had them. Also these shoes are very attractive. I get compliments where ever I go, incluidng the fitness instructors. Wonderful company and product. However they do run 1/2 size small. Thank you!!

I like the fit of Asics for my slender, size 11 foot. However, the portion of shoe where the inflexible piece of silver Asics design meets my ankle bone is very hard to break in, and I cannot tie the shoe as tight as I want because of this.
I will continue to buy Asics for their true fit to my foot.

Great shoe, although you need to get 1/2 size up as they are a little smaller than the average shoe. All I purchase are ASICS as they are great for my high arches... these shoes do not disappoint and have excellent shock absorpsion and support around the ankles. These are great for cross training or outdoor sports. Highly Recommended.

So far so good they have worked well for running, weight training and cycling. Finally a show that is not all cloth and netting so they do provide some support and will keep feet warm in the winter. I am somewhere between gym rat and competitive athlete ( with myself). These shoes accomidate my orthotics well.
I have a narrow foot and need to wear a mod. thick sock
