I attend full body exercise classes and these shoes allow me to flex my feet in ways that are beneficial when striving for maximum stretch and mobility. As I have been breaking the shoes in, I have had a little trouble on the outside of my heel being sore.
These shoes are definately not for walking or running. They are flat with no arch and put a big strain on the shins if you wear them for either.

This shoe brand is the most comfortable. I use this shoe for work, and walking. The style and the design is awesome. I have no complaints about this shoe, I love this shoe.
